Someone made a mini smelter for the thieves guild for smelting down jewellery, so should be possible to make a small craftable one for Campfire I guess.  BTW, does anyone know if anything in the mod list conflicts with Ebonvale?

I don't know but after watching the broduel mod spotlight I am tempted to install this for myself.

bugger look like i'll be booting up the CK and fighting with that then. or I ignore it as it not game breaking issue just "immersion" breaking.

Edit: I have no patience for the CK 2 hours later and crash after crash after crash I give up. It not worth pulling my hair out over a small thing it's not a game breaking problem. If someone else wants to have a go at fixing it your welcome too.

Try Kryptopyr's mods;

Smelters for Riften & Solitude

similar to long lost, adds the two inconveniently missing cities.

Blacksmith Chests

adds player storage with auto-sort to city smithing locations.

All you really need without the CK hassle.

Yep, that's why I asked!  I was watching his upload today covering NLVA and noticed this in the watch next suggestions, looks like a pretty cool place to be!

Oh, and BTW I found a mini smelter here - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29418/? - LOL, a full summonable crafting station :D

Had a quick look at Ebonvale in TES5Edit it look like the only conflicts I can see is Skyrim Bigger tree Lite but that shoudl be fixable by loading Skyrim bigger trees after Ebonvale. Howver I have not tested this mod out yet so I can not be 100% sure.

Oh and NSUTR need bit a conflcit resolution.

Right loaded up and my Frame rate tanked 35 FPS this one i am afraid is a veto on that alone

With smelters, and Eorlund clipping, I really don't think Eorlund needs a forge up there. There's one outside Warmaiden's anyway. Not far if you really need to use one. Still it's your game :D

so you're saying that arugablly the best smith in all of Skyrim would not have a smelter tanning, Workbench? all joking aside as I said the immersion issue don't bother me that much it only affects the tanning rack and this a mod of convenience for the lazy of us that don't have things like JK's or dawn of skyrim and cant cant be bothered to halling ones ass to The Warmaidens everytime they need to smith something.

I always tend to play it something like, if Eorlund says he needs some leather or ingots, Adrianne would jump to get it to him :)

The lack of an armor bench, on the other hand, is strange and really does need a fix.

EDIT: I just noticed I said 'Forge' in my previous post when I meant 'Smelter'. I have delivered myself an uppercut.

Do you think it would be a good idea to add an install section for WAF in your guide? It would serve as a good reminder about the files we have to remove due to Proper Dark Brotherhood armor retex.

The reason I did that was I didn't want people thinking they had to install WAFR again, All thats different is the removal of the Armor folder and I didn't think that warranted a reinstalling. Plus it save he a bit of hassle writing out the Fomod.

What, you had the FPS drop just in Ebonvale or throughout your game?

looking towards it from the bridge in riverwood and walking around inside Ebonvale.

Darth, IIRC correctly there have been reposrts in the very past for FPS drop and even CTD while walking towards the center of the settlement if coming from Whiterun.

Author did try to fix that but reports kept on coming even after his alleged fix.

I was using this mod back in time and I remember encountering more or less the same issues. A somewhat frame drop nad a non-reproducible CTD while walking within the settlement's limits.

Can't remember exactly where and how...but I have ditched that mod for quite some time.
