This guide is coming along nicely, thanks.  I just wanted to double check, but the ESF Companions page says that the even better quest objectives patch shouldn't be used with esf 0.3.

Thanks.

yes you are right I totally missed that I will update the guide thanks for pointing it out this means you dont need to do the SRLE Extended merge for even better quest objectives use the merge from Neo's Guide. It has same  name so it shouldn't mess anything up.

It's a good thing I have all you guys to point out my mistakes otherwise I would look like a complete idiot lol.

There's a newly released mod at Nexus called Bijin All in One 2016 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72626/?

Is supposed to merge all the 3 Bijin mods and fix a few other issues.

I wonder if it would help to simplify the installation process of the Bijin mods in SRLE Extended.

This is just and esp replacer same as mine. but i could point to this instead of the merged plugin I did you would still have to rename it is Bijin Merged to work. let me test it out.

this would work however it would not have ESF:companion and CWI conflicts merged into it, so if this was to be used Bijin would have to merged to the CR again like before Lexy did the replacer.

You should put Skyrim Skill Interface before your own thoughts under the heading of General User Interface Improvement

Edit. In my version of your guide I moved followers after Character Creation, Unless someone has a better location in the guide

Edit #3 There is a typo in 360walkrunplus Fomod under BBP option

Darth... Ok, I had scrubbed my bookmarks last night... going to get an SSD for a clean install in a week or so... the order looks pretty good to me.

I did a novice read of the instructions... you made a reference on SKYTest regarding the mod needed cleaning... but no further instructions. For a noobish like me, a direction/link/instructions would be very helpful... (seems like I remember a gopher cleaning video... do we treat this the same or something different?)

Also, on the armor merges... I am sure there are some out there that will add more armors (I have about 75 lined up)... are there any guidelines on "best practices" for merging armor sets? (For instance I plan to use all the NSK13 armors (merta assassian author)) Maybe include some general thoughts from your perspective/experience or a link to things that helped you learn?

I realize this is more than just adding mods and CR stuff... I do believe it does help others of us learn the process better for future contributions. Thanks again!!!

PS... to all ... SSD thoughts?  I am leaning towards this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147372&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Solid+State+Disk-_-N82E16820147372&gclid=CMea9s6pqMoCFVKEfgodYnkMiw&gclsrc=aw.ds

i wasn't sure to put follower but after character creation makes sense to me.

the new followers section is current after ++++Dialogue and Follower Control++++ so it would make to to have them afer Character Creation on MO.

well I can say SkyTest is likely to be taken out and switched to animal tweaks as this seems to do the same thing (and same people don't like SkyTest). It is also combatible combat evolved and can be merged.

As for bet practice on merges I am not sure there is one but what I do is I have a testing profile in MO I load up the mods I wish to merge sort with loot. Then i needed i move then until the continious but in line with loot recommendations then merge.

that this the same SSD as me so yes recommend it.

Merging order kind of doesnt matter unless you are trying to do something janky but keep in mind the "rule of one" applies.

As for LOOT sorting I dont know if you are talking about mods pre-merge or mod post merge.

LOOT doesnt read contents so its pretty random with merged mods, if you need to find a spot for it, you'll know by the record conflicts
