SR Conflict Resolution.esp - cannot sort Masters

I have every mod as listed in Neo's SR:LE guide.  Instead of manually creating the SR Conflict Resolution.esp file, I download the version as listed on the supplemental page.  The latest version is from 1:43:52 17 August 2015 (UTC).  However, every time I've attempted to Sort the Masters, I receive an Assertion failure and am unable to save the .esp.  The ONLY way I can Sort the Masters, are by manually moving them up and down accordingly to match the assigned LOOT order.  Is it possible the .esp has been compiled using an older version of TES5Edit?  Has anyone else experienced this same issue?

Nope can't say I've ever seen that. What version of MO are you using out of curiosity?
