Lighting glitches

I've been encountering a few lighting glitches in my playthrough, they've been small and only in some areas, mostly at night time, but it got really bad at The Fort. It seems to be caused by the Pip-Boy light for some reason.

That's only in one small area. I was getting the same thing all over the fort, and in random areas all over the wasteland. As you can see in the video, when I turn off my Pip-Boy light the glitch goes away, although you can see in the far back it's still happening under a different light source.
