You have us install Redesigned after FCO, but even though the Redesigned mod page says to put its esp at the very bottom of a load order, and even though we have it after FCO in the left pane, LOOT keeps putting the Redesigned up toward the top of the plugins, including about the FCO esps. Should we change that manually?
