Form ID Conflicts Tes5Edit

Hey guys, I have a quick question which may or may not be easy to answer, I opened my mods in Tes5Edit for some conflict resolution. I have then noticed that Apocalypse Overwrites the Requiem Form ID section. So I end up with 6 LNAM - Form IDs in Requiem that are red and then only two in the Apocalypse section.

 

The question is this, do these records need to be merged into a patch or does the Form ID section not need conflict resolution as the game uses the data regardless of the last loaded esp.
