This is a retexture of Alduin with a slightly more 'badass' style. It makes him look less like a flying rock and more like a fire breathing dragon. He has some different options. I'm going to try these out in game and see what I get.

I actually prefer this mod to the one that you posted. Those textures look too dark to really see the detail. Matter of taste I suppose.

I don't like either to be honest, but that's judging purely by the screens.

At least the one I use gives sense when you meet him at Kynesgrove and Delphine says something like "look at that big black bastard!"   Otherwise you're like "WTH woman, he's gray!"

Myself, I use Bellyache's dragon replacer. That one actually makes Alduin looks black and obsidian, and Bellyache's version of him is my favorite for all Alduin retextures.
