Requiem with SR:LE

I'm whiling to try SR:LE with Requiem and reading your posts a question came to my mind : Does MO supports the changes for SR Conflict Resolution patch on different profiles ?

If so does this procedure look good to you ?

1. Copy the Skyrim Revisited MO profile into a new one for SR:LE Requiem,

2. Clean the SR Conflict Patch from CCO references with TES5Edit (remember to clean the masters for SRCP)

3. Uninstall CCO from the game with MCM Menu,

4. Deactivate CCO, its patches and Sharlikrans Compatibility ones within MO Mod List,

5. Install Requiem, the Resources and patches for Heartfire, DB, Falskaar, Wyrmstooth, SIC, DB SIC (and install Immersive Armor + IA patch + DSR IA Patch + Requiem IA patch to match the guide recent update),

6. Run BUM, select 'Requiem - SIC Patch - DLC2.esp', Create Override, AFTER 'Requiem - Dragonborn.esp',

7. Run BOSS for load order, Wrye Bash to recreate the Bashed Patch, then SUM for DSR,

8. Run the game

Or am I missing something ?

Seems good, you may need to reinstall those mods whose esp files were not installed due to CCO covering them, this is mainly Improved Closefaced Helmets I think.

Improved closefaced Helmets ESPs were removed because of Weapons and Armor fixes. The only mod I can see which needs a change because of CCO removal is Sharlikrans Compatibility Patches. Either remove it completly or install Jaysus Swords.

EDIT: You'd have to change some rules with BUM so that BOSS sort the Requiem SIC Patch DLC2 after the Dragonborn one (edited the other post).

Right now SR:LE has some mods with major incompatibilities mainly CCO. It is hopeful that a patch will be made which will fix that, but until then stick with STEP. Or of course don't add CCO into SR:LE and leave any CCO adjustments out of the big SR Compatibility Patch in the guide. That would give you the best of both worlds so go for that, well worth it at the end.

:)

I can leave CCO out, no problem. However SR:LE seems to have only half the mods that SR has at the moment. I know that it's not finished yet, and I'm following the discussion for SR:LE with interest.

So should I go with SR:LE then and manually add mods from SR or Step at the end, or follow the older SR Guide?

The former, SR is not supported and you may well go through a lot of work with some headaches and problems due to mods being updated. SR:LE is coming along quickly now, and Azirok has been in contact with Kryptopyr about CCO, he already made patches for the clothing and armor mods and has nearly completed a patch for CCO. I would install SR:LE as it is now then install the Requiem Pack adding in Azirok's patches for Falskaar, Wyrmstooth, SIC, RND, Clothing fixes, weapon and armor fixes. I would be extre, mely surprised if the CCO mod is not up and ready during the weekend. This has all happened very quickly. I doubt there will be much need to add more mods into that set up.

If there are particular mods you are interested in then list them here and I will get back to you about what you made need to do with them in this build.

Currently running this with lots of content adding and gameplay mods on top. Currently going really well, no CTDs, if you have a look at this modlist you can see that I am really trying to test the limits using all the latest memory tweaks. These new advances really give hope that an amazingly heavily modded Skyrim that is also stable is possible.

Edit: Updated modlist - played 6+ hours straight with this all of these mods active and contributing - anyone planning packs out there I say go for it if the games runs with this many game play and extra content mods without crashing something good must be happening with these fixes.

How many plugin esp/esm files does that use? That's so many more mods than I was using with Requiem before when I was getting constant, random CTDs. You have everything I did and then way more. The only thing missing that I have that you don't is Guard Dialogue Overhaul and Warburgs 3D Paper World Map.

I want your computer, lol.

This is the SR:LE + Requiem loadout I am working with right now. I'm still testing, but so far it's stable and fun. I think it's 384 "mods" and 246 esps (I merged a bunch).

If anybody knows some mods here that are unnecessary or that have conflicting scripts, please share!

I'm using the CCF/WAF compatible version ESP from the Requiem patch. That's why it's not showing up as Improved Closefaced Helmets_Legendary.esp as in the SR:LE guide, but is separate files for all the DLCs.

For those using SR: LE with Requiem; did you guys go with SR's recommended texture resolutions or did you downgrade them?

Also, uploading patches for SR: LE + Requiem would be a phenomenal idea and can help us all get on the same page.

I went with the recommended resolutions but thinned out the Skyrim Flora Overhaul grass a little for performance and am running shadows on High rather than Ultra.

I'd be happy to upload some patches but the big one I made was for my particular loadout, which has things besides SR:LE and Requiem in it...
