Autoclean cant clean masters

I verified my skyrim files and after that i tried to clean masters again with SSEedit,nope.. didnt work. MO2 shows that masters are cleaned even they are not.

Sended my Log..

What is going on ?

You should have the cleaned versions of the vanilla masters installed as mods inside Mod Organizer. This way using Steam to verify the game files does not overwrite the cleaned vanilla masters.

So am i doomed now? How can i make MO2 regonize my new verified uncleaned vanilla masters? Cause now i cant clean them because MO 2 thinks they are cleaned. Running loot flags them uncleaned aswell,but still i cant do anything atm :/

First, be sure you properly initialize the game without MO. Also, disable the Cleaned Vanilla Masters mod, and follow these instructions.
