The filename needs to include the alphanumeric only version of a pluginname like ..\Data\DynDOLOD\DynDOLOD_SSE_material_names_skywindesm.txt

Let me know if this work, otherwise upload the log, debug log and DynDOLOD_SSE_Object_Report.txt.

I believe I have it set up correctly, but it seems to be looking for files with part of the base object EDID in them as well:

DynDOLOD Resources 3 does not change the Solitude Palace full model or adds Windows to it.

That is a texture set diffuse texture filename variation from before it was automatic.

Nexus automatically scans every upload. Look for the green/blue circle checkmark for each file on the files tab.
Check with https://www.virustotal.com to rule out false positives. A false positive is when the majority of tests do not find anything wrong.
Report the problem to the developers of the anti virus software. Add an exception for the false positive. Use better antivirus software.

The link to Nexus you posted, shows the green circle, which links to the VirusTotal report.

I tried to search for the wrong terms and didn´t find these comments you posted. Sorry for the inconvenience of my fault, Sheson. I thought it was contaminated in Nexus. I trust in you and your decades-work, but not so much in Nexus site. Thank you.

Fingers crossed that most of the scanners from VirusTotal will show red in case there actually is an infection.

Hi sheson, hope you're well. 

I am getting crashes when travelling to Whiterun, Ivarstead, and Riften. No crash when i disable Dyndolod
Didn't get these crashes when i was using A-175 version. 

Below are my Dyndolod logs as well as SKSE Crashlog. Pls let me know if there is anything out of the ordinary. Thank you

edit: please ignore. turns out it has smth to do with my Synthesis output. disabling Synthesis while keeping Dyndolod on produced no crash. I will look into my syn patches closer.

Ignore CLA. It is full of useless nonsense.

The crash address SkyrimSE.exe+0D6DDDA for 1.5.97 is very well known and documented/discussed. It is either texture or memory related. Since no texture file name is specially mentioned, the issue is probably more likely to be virtual memory / page file related. Either set it to default, e.g. let the OS handle it or in case that is current setting, follow instructions to manually increase, for example set it to the same size as main memory.

I'm genuinely at a loss, everytime i try and run the texgen tool in vortex i get hit with an error "skyrim.ini  can not be found" I am running skyrim gog anniversary edition. In my documents I have three skyrim folders "skyrim special edition" "skyrim special edition GOG" and "Skyrim.INI" looking at them it appears the ini files are in the "GOG" folder, I am also wondering if the issue could be because my actual games data is in the "program files (86)"

Use the -m, -p and -d command line arguments to set the INI, plugins.txt and Data paths when starting the tools. For example:

-p:"c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition GOG\plugins.txt"
-d:"c:\GOG Games\Skyrim Special Edition GOG\Data\"
Replace [USERNAME] and the INI and Data folder paths accordingly for the actual setup.
Do not link to files or folders in mod manager profiles. Link to the files and folders used by the game.

Sorry if this is not the correct place for this question but In regards to updating my LOD I have a few questions. I swapped out my tree overhaul and a few other visuals. Also changing my Dyndolod preset to medium from high. I ran Texgen for Occlusion data, so Dyndolod has the occlusion data box checked and greyed out and the official instructions say it will update that occlusion data automatically. does that hold true even when swapping out mods, and changing presets? or should I disable the occlusion plugin, run Dyndolod then regen occlusion?

In case of updating an existing DynDOLOD installation with a separate Occlusion.esp, also keep Occlusion.esp activated and make sure it loads last right after DynDOLOD.esp. The Occlusion data and Plugin checkboxes will be checked automatically.

If the Occlusion data and Plugin checkboxes are checked, occlusion data for the selected worldspaces will be generated as usual.

Trying to run Dyndolod after following the guide and I believe I've weeded out all of the problematic mods, but I've got an error that doesn't point to something specific and I don't know where to start looking to correct it:

  Reveal hidden contents

Is anyone able to help guide me through this part?
