When I click on the FacegenForKids.esp file the Load button is greyed out, I don't know how to load it...

This mod's plugin should be cleaned, as it contains an old USSEP forward that will result in the game freezing otherwise.

  1. Load the FacegenForKids.esp in xEdit.
  2. Locate record: 00014132 and select it.
  3. Scroll down to Packages(aligned) > PKID - Package #3.
  4. On the FacegenForKids column, right-click on PKID - Package #3 and click Remove.
  5. Close xEdit, saving the edited plugin when prompted.

I misunderstood the forum rules and thought that the edit limit only applied to *waiting for 15 minutes to be able to edit*, so sorry, this is additional info that I didn't realize I was allowed to edit to the main post in time, I thought the rule meant you had to wait to be able to edit.
I searched before and saw someone else had posted about this saying that you can double click the plugin to open it, however, when I do that a popup comes up that isn't mentioned that says "Which ModGroups do you want to activate?" with an unticked checkbox next to "Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch - All," I ticked it and pressed okay:

But then I couldn't find the "PKID - Package #3" after I searched for the "record" 00014132 by putting it in the FormID:

When you are asked which mod group you want to activate, you can just click OK without selecting anything. The default USSEP mod group is useful if you want to hide conflicts with USSEP. In your case I think you want to see everything so don't select it.

I still don't see a PKID - Package #3.
Edit: The way I'm finding it is by putting "00014132" into the FormID, is that the correct way to find it or is there another way?

Here is a YouTube video of what I'm doing to help you see what I am doing wrong...

That's correct. Just remove the REF 07000808 (in your case).

See this:

I'm confused though, I have all the DLC I'm pretty sure... does "REF 07000808" go into the FormID search box? There is nothing there that says PKID Package #3...

Edit: I forgot to mention that I did download the in-game CC stuff during the System Setup Guide so I'm not missing that...

I can see REF07000808 in your video at 00:38 seconds. Just follow the instruction. You where doing the right thing in the video.

This has nothing to do with the CC-content.

Ohh okay, thank you! Why does it not say Package 3 for me did I do something wrong in the guide? I followed everything as close as I could... either way, I hope the guide can be updated to be more clear with these instructions >_>

Edit: I'd really like to know why it doesn't say PKID Package #3 for me before continuing so I know if I have a messed up setup or smth before going with the rest of the guide...

You don't see package #3 because you don't have all plugins loaded. Double clicking the plugin only loads that plugin and its masters. When you use xEdit, you generally press OK to load all plugins. You can right click in the window to select all/none and you can filter plugins.

The package number doesn't matter. Its the reference that matters. I have clarified the instructions and updated image.
