This should be a better replacement for Keep Radiants in the Commonwealth.

Dropped from Testing.

After seeing some conversation with Glitchfinder about this mod, I have decided to stick with Keep Radiants in the Commonwealth, as the method employed by this mod may not always work.

Had some discussion in Discord about this and I'm re-marking this for testing. This has been in A Storywealth for a long time so I think it is fair to say that if there were any issues with it, they would have been found and corrected, so expecting this to be a drop in replacement for Keep Radiants in the Commonwealth.
