I'm following the SkyrimSE v2.2.0 Guide. I've installed all the mods and am getting ready to do the section on Performance Tuning. Before I did that, I checked out Mod Manager's Notifications. I'm getting the following error:

Missing Master: CC-FearsomeFists_CCOR_Patch.esp  Required by: Step Patch - CR - CCOR.esp

It's my understanding that Fearsome Fists was installed as part of the new patches to Skryim AE, so I don't understand why it hasn't been installed. Is there a way I can install it by hand? Or a way I can remove whatever is requiring it in the patch? I don't mind playing without it.

Thanks for any suggestions.

CC-FearsomeFists_CCOR_Patch.esp is part of Kryptopyr's Patch Hub. You just have to download and install it. So that message has nothing to do with Fearsome Fists Skyrim AE addon itself.

Agreed. You seem to have missed this mod, so I would double check that you didn't miss any other mods/instructions.

Updated because I hadn't noticed there were two Fists patches and I had only downloaded one. I deleted the single Fists file and downloaded both, then moved them up to the right spot.

I moved the two esp on the right panel up to where the other patches are. CC-FearsomFists_CCOR_Patch.esp was not checked off. I checked it off and the error went away.

Thanks for your help. Problem solved.

Not when I try to install it, it's not

KPH mods are now installed using their automated installer. See the guide instructions for that mod.

I'm having the same issue as DJShokwave. When I install Kryptopyr's Patch Hub, I select the option for Fearsome Fists (or select none, it doesn't matter), but it does not create a master called CC-FearsomeFists_CCOR_Patch.esp. But the Step CR Patch - CCOR patch requires that master. The Kryptopyr Patch Hub fomod installer seems to be missing that file.

EDIT: Kryptopyr's Patch Hub version 4.2.3 is missing the Fearsome Fists patch. The previous version, 4.0.1, includes that file and solves the issue of the Step CR Patch - CCOR patch requiring it.

I just checked the 4.2.3 KPH installer, and it's not missing this file:

I also tested the installer using our instructions (almost everything is automated. You only need to tick two boxes in the second window of the FOMOD and then "next, next, ..., next, install".

Are you using MO or some other mod manager?

Are you using Linux? @DJShokwave

This could be an issue with case sensitivity, as our CR-CCOR patch uses camel case  for that mod still.

If so, then I could update our patches to reference masters as lower case, since that is how the KPH file ships now. Arthmoor and others are beginning to do the same with the plugins they manage (including Step).

You can test by reinstalling the latest KPH and renaming that file to use the camel case (as in the error you are getting).

Weird, I reinstalled several times and followed the Step guide exactly, and got that same missing masters message each time. I'm using MO2. I'll try downloading KPH 4.2.3 again tomorrow and give it another shot.

Thanks for the info.

If you are using Linux, that's the issue. If not, then check that the installer is picking up the mods you have installed. If it detects the CC content and that you have CCOR installed, it should have that option ticked for the CCOR installs. Also check that all of your plugins are enabled in the right pane of MO and that you have sorted with LOOT.

Nope, just Win10. Today I did not have any issues with the Fearsome Fists CCOR Patch master, but the only thing that changed was that I had the KPH 4.0.1 patch installed, then when I disabled that patch and re-enabled the 4.2.3 patch, it no longer complained of the missing master. Plugins were enabled in the right pane and had been sorted with LOOT.

Perhaps a temporary glitch with MO2, otherwise I obviously did something to cause it, but I'm not sure what. Computers are frustrating...

Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.
