Loot executable brings up Morrowind. Can't select correct game in drop down.

I'm not sure how to Google this question because I came up with zilch. I'm running Skyrim through MO2 and have Loot executable. For some reason it's only bringing up Morrowind game files even though the executable worked just fine before with my Skyrim instance. I use the drop down menu in Loot to select the correct game but they are all greyed out and won't let me select. What should I be doing to get Loot in my Skyrim instance to run the Skyrim mods again? My executable seems correctly set to Skyrim. The argument says: --game="Skyrim". I can't see why it is using Morrowind files!

Ok, I found the solution. I had to run Skyrim through Steam again to change Loot. I wish I had found this before I posted the question. I would delete if I had the option.
