Will it be possible to update from 2.1.0 to 2.2.0 ?

As I can imagine the new 2.2.0 update will be posted soon and I wonder will it be possible to update existing 2.1.0 install to 2.2.0 with no problems?

And will my 2.1.0 saves will work on 2.2.0 ?

Updating from 2.1.0 to 2.2.0 just involves adding any new mods, removing any dropped mods, and replacing any updated mods.  You will need to run through the 2.2.0 guide once it's released to see what changed.

It's always preferred to start a new game when adding/removing/updating mods (unless it's just a texture replacer mod).

I generally do both just to be certain.  But the change log certainly makes it easier by pointing out any added/dropped mods.

The changelog just notes which mods are added or removed from the guide. You may still need to refer back to the guide if the mods added to the guide have custom instructions or to verify the position of the mods. You might make it a bit easier by opening the guide and then opening the changelog in a new tab so you can tab back and forth if necessary.

Adding to what Greg said: Always look at "post-release changes" in the current guide changelog to see updated instructions and the like. Then review all of the changes mentioned in the new changelog when released so that you have those changes.

This is explained in the changelogs themselves, so just read the changelog carefully for any release and keep checking back to see if there are any post-release changes.
