Alternative to Yes Im Sure, since that MA is combative about updating his mods. I'd like to see more of these alternatives.

I've just switched from 'Yes Im Sure' to 'Yes Im Sure NG', albeit in my STEP 2.1.0 / Skyrim 1.6.353 game version, but here it works, meaning the mod is at least 'inclusive' in being 'downwards compatible', as per the idea of CommonLib ...

I posted this one in hopes that others running Step would do the same to validate. It should be a drop-in replacement for the original, and we will be moving to this version next guide update (barring anything unexpected turns up in testing the drop-in replacement)

I've had no issues running this in my testing other things. Given the inherent benefits of the NG versions, I'm tagging as accepted. Please post back with issues if they arise.
