So i've been trying to use the downgrade patcher so i might use my mods as well as SKSE, It's currently saying

Found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition
Looking for Skyrim Special Edition
so i follow what the instructions say but it still wont work? i assume im doing something wrong, and it even says Skyrim.exe as the opened file being used.
