Windmills no there at all?

Hey all,

 

After going through the STEP guide for SE, I'm finding that windmills aren't in my game... at all.  The base structures are there but there are no windmills (spinning or static) at any distance.  Not in LOD, not if I'm standing right next to them.

 

Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?

Sorry for the late reply. I suggest updating to the SE 1.0.0 guide as a first measure ... see this post for details
