Should we install any of the optional files for the Unofficial Material Fix such as the Embers HD compatibility patch or the Rens HD Shrines patch?

My tought to... but than i realised as stated in STEP all necessary patches are in the patch section (unless other is told). So probably not.

Honestly, I didn't think it was a big enough deal to include those patches, which may or may not be out of date. If you're going around hitting those objects, then you're just fooling around because nothing in the game requires you to do so. I'd have to beg the question of why you're running around striking fires and statues. You can install them if you want, but I'd make sure the Embers HD file isn't outdated first.
