Do I need to clean Enhanced Lighting for ENB (ELE) - Lite?

When running LOOT it tells me that the Enhanced Lighting is dirty, it says "TES5Edit 197 ITM records."

 

So, my question is, do I need to clean it and if so what are all the associated plugins i need to select in the master plug in list in TES5Edit?

The guide does not provide instructions to clean this mod, so I would leave it alone.
