Errors on first modded FNV

Hey I have just gotten back into NV and I wanted for it too look better since I think my recently built PC can handle HD graphics. I followed the guide for F&L and did all the steps correctly no errors. Then I launched NVSE from the mod manager. However the screen look really big as if the resolution is wrong. Then when I started a new game before the doc talks to you all I get is the music, popus in the left top and a big brownish screen. I can use esc and the menu but the screen doesn't change nor do I hear the doc's voice. Anyone had any similar problems or could give me a hand?. Launching NVSE and selecting all mods didn't cause any errors.

 

Also is there a F&L download link with everything already modded?

Are you launching NVSE or the 4GB Patcher?  The 4GB Patcher is the one that needs to be launched through MO--it will automatically load NVSE, too.

Incorrect. Using the patcher patches the actual game executable and it this that needs to called from MO. NVSE will automatically be called by this now patched executable.
