SKYRIMLE Missing Masters

I'm getting that I'm missing masters from apachiiskyhair and such but I can't find the mod that requires Apachii so that I can remove it. Is there a program that will find mods that require missing mods while I have Mod Organizer pulled up, or do I have to go through everything manually? To top it off I don't think I have any NPC/Companion/Player Race Mods that require Apachii anymore which is really confusing me. please help.

If you are using Mod Organizer it should quite easy. If you look in the right pane of MO that includes the plugin list you will see an error symbol next to any plugins with missing masters.
