In the case of that Falskaar text file he is just saying it is the one from the Main File you downloaded. If a mod come in multiple parts, say a main and an optional file and there was something not to install, he might say not to install the .txt from the main file and the docs folder form the optional file. It has compatibiltiy for Falskaar, Wyrmstooth and SMIM. In my game at least there is very minimal clipping left, and can only be observed when I zoom in completely. Link to comment
