Suit Wearing NPCs Naked?

Hello all,

 

Having installed and follow the Fear and Loathing pack basically step by step except optimizing textures I've encountered an error after a couple hours of gameplay. Entering New Vegas itself and meeting the greeter to The Strip, the greeter is naked. After entering the casino required for rebuilding Steves Bison thing (Lucky 38? the one where they take your guns and have the dealer selling concealable weapons outside), nearly all of the gangsters and customers are naked, when one would assume both they and the greeter should be wearing suits.

 

Just wondering if anyone has either encountered this before or has a fix, as after searching for a while I couldn't find anything relevant. I will be able to upload screenshots if needed.

Does both the variants of the pre war buisnesswear are not in game (white stripped and black)?

I assume the casino you are talking about is the Gomorrah, and IRC they should wear the grimy variant.

Can you try remade your bashed patch and be sure to check everything when necessary?

You can easily miss one.

If it don't work, you can load your entire load order post bashed patch in FNVEdit too see what alter your level list or the suits themsleves.

Both appear in game and can be spawned in. The grimy variant (black) works perfectly fine and I am able to equip it, however the dirty variant constantly spawns broken and unable to be repaired. I've uploaded screenshots on imgur to show what I mean.

My best guess is that some script for spawning on NPCs has been broken for the grimy variant, and the other variant has had its CND values broken and thus can't be worn? I'm far from an expert on modding and my best is probably cleaning plugins for ITM and Undelete Refrences on FNVEdit, so help is appreciated as it's rather hard to play the game when nearly all NPCs are naked in one of the most vital areas.
