For at least the next 24 hours, if you have any suggestions to add to the LOOT masterlist, see this Reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/4rawf8/loot_masterlist_what_needs_to_be_updated_or_added/ He has more info and some templates to fill out with required info if you want to make a submission. If you have a Reddit account and know of any changes that should be made to the masterlist, this is a pretty easy way to submit them. Just be warned that he may submit these in as little as 24 hours, but he said he may keep it open if suggestions start piling in.
