  1. I choose not to install the Alternative Beginnings mod. It is listed as Optional and has not ties to the crpatch.esp Oblivion Realoaded's weather plugin is not compatible with the weather mods we have recommended for this guide.
  2. This is entirely a personal preference. The only files needed for this guide are the ones listed in the steps I have laid out. I removed one of the tes4qlod_Oblivion_ltex.dat as it was an error to be listed twice. As for the tes4qlod_tex folder, it is necessary for the tes4ll_tes4qlod_cache.bat, and yes, the folder belongs in the Data directory. I'll review those instructions and make certain that is noted.
  3. They belong in the Data directory. I'll go back to review the instructions and correct them. Thank you for pointing it out.
  4. Update: Modlist Install Order and Plugins Load Order are now finished. They can be located just below the Finish Line Section. These additions to the guide add convenience for users to compare their modlist order and plugins load order while finalizing their own setup. The final phase is to work out any bugs reported by users and update the crpatch.esp accordingly.
  5. Yes. I recommend that all users do this. All the dll files and executables will have to be manually installed into the Oblivion root folder, where the Oblivion.exe is located. Wrye Bash users can archive and install the Data folder files with Wrye Bash. Mod Organizer users should always install all OBSE files manually.
  6. It can be normal for some users. Apparently it is an issue with Windows OS 64 bit version. You can right click on the mod and select Anneal, or Install Missing to see if it clears. Even if it doesn't, you can move on as the Oblivion UOP will replace those files that get flagged with the red check box. Arthmoor explains the issue in GOG Community here.
  7. It is ready for install, I am still cleaning up some edits and working on the finishing touches in the guide. We also have users testing it out, so expect some updates in the near future for the crpatch.esp. For testing purposes, it is normal. In the end however, these plugins will be deactivated. Sorry for such a late reply. I have been really sick for several days. I am slowly on the mend, and hopefully I will have the edits finished soon. They are mostly edits in the Finish Line section. If I see errors in my edits, I am also trying to correct them as I move along.
  8. I'm adding in the modlist and plugins load order today for the guide. It will be placed just below the finished line. As I double check all the masters for the crpatch.esp, I'll be updating mod flags for Core or Optional mods and plugins.
  9. Updates: MO users can now download their loadorder.txt from the Nexus. It is in the Updates section. I accidentally removed it from the packages.
  10. A few tips from ponyrider0 posted on The Morroblivion Helpdesk for Wrye Bash users that will be updated in the guide with the Wrye Bash installation instructions: 1. Undo Load Order Changes: CTRL+Z will undo any change you make to the load order. CTRL+Y will redo those changes. The undo/redo history is saved to disk whenever you exit Wrye Bash and reloaded when you start. So you can potentially undo all changes you've made to Wrye Bash back to when you first installed it... and then redo all those changes. 2. Installing BOSS: putting a shortcut in \Mopy\Apps will break Wrye Bash integration (starting GUI/console & allowing Load-Order changes with Lock-Load-Order enabled). Here's how to get around it:- place a symbolic link for \Boss directory to \Oblivion\boss:open a console and type the following inside the \Oblivion program directory: mklink /d boss c:\boss(edited) 3. Installing non-BAIN mods: you can skip the working folder step for many mods by using Wrye Bash's "Project" feature. Here's how:- Right-click any non-BAIN mod archive in the Installers tab, and select "Unpack to Project(s)"- WB will ask you for a name of the new project. Add "-BAIN" to the end of the name and press OK.- WB will extract the selected archive into a new diamond Project icon below the original non-BAIN archive.- Right-click the Project icon and select "Open". An explorer window pops up into the project/working folder inside the Bash Installers folder.- Now modify the contents just as you would any working folder. When done, close the explorer window.- Back in the WB Installers tab, right-click the Project icon again and select "Pack to Archive..."- When asked for a name of the new archive you can just click OK since you've already added "-BAIN" to the project.- Just click OK two more times if WB asks you about solid compression and block size. The default value is fine.- After the progress bar completes, you will have a new square Archive icon immediately below your project icon.- You can now right-click the newly created BAIN archive and select install.- If your new BAIN package is how you want it, then you can delete the Project and original non-BAIN archive from the Installers tab.(edited)
  11. Updated: New version of oco2-redguard-facelift-v0.2.7z
  12. ponyrider0 believes the solution may be in the BashLoadOrders.dat file that is generated in the Oblivion saves folder which also contains the Oblivion.ini. I am working to reinstall the mods with Wrye Bash on my laptop. Hopefully by Friday I can have a copy of the BashLoadOrders.dat file that will work for everyone.
  13. Wrye Bash Users: ponyrider0 has found a solution to allow us to auto generate lods in the Wrye Bash Installers just like Mod Organizer is capable of. New instructions are now edited into the guide for TES4LODGen and TES4LL for Wrye Bash Users. We no longer have to archive and reinstall these files during our testing sessions.
  14. 2018-01-09 Updates: [Textures & Meshes] Equipment is complete. [Textures & Meshes] Creatures is complete. [Textures & Meshes] MISC is complete. [MOB] Tamriel Rebuilt in Morroblivion is complete. [ECTV] is complete. [Textures & Meshes][All the Things] is complete. Morroblivion Overhaul Patch Central has now been updated with all the files including the latest crpatch.esp created by jdsmith2816. This patch is still being tweaked as testing proceeds. Any updates will be uploaded to the Updates section on the Nexus download page. Notice: All edits are now finished except for the Finish Line section. It will be updated and edited by the end of the week. If you notice any discrepancies please notify me that I may correct them.
  15. Update: [body & Replacers] is complete. I still have more edits to perform with [Textures & Meshes] Equipment and beyond through the end of the guide. If you had previously installed any of the sections that have been updated the past few days, just be certain to review those sections and sort your install order accordingly. I will also update all the patches to the Nexus in the next couple of days. This is the final phase of the edits we will performing on this guide. A couple of users are already in the process of testing it with the latest crpatch. It will also be uploaded to the Nexus as soon as the edits have been made to the guide.
  16. Update: [Textures & Meshes] Architecture is complete. [Textures & Meshes] Oblivion is complete. [Textures & Meshes] Weather is complete.
  17. Bashed Patch settings have now been added to the Test the Game sections. All Bash Tag Suggestions are now removed from the guide.
  18. I will be starting the Textures and Meshes edits today. You'll see many of them moved into a new category. This will simplify the install order, their categories, and shorten each Textures and Meshes section for those who install by section. I'm also coming up with a solution to have the ability to test the setup before moving onto the next section. I was able to test my Landscapes by waiting to install the patches that are dependent on [ECTV] MTCExpandedVillages, [ECTV] Open Cities Reborn, and [ECTV] Reapers BleakerWay Revamp. I will list those patches at the end of the [Landscape] section so that users can also test the setup before moving onto to the next section. Update: [Landscape] and [sound] sections are now edited with testing instructions. Update: [Textures & Meshes] Base and [Textures & Meshes] Landscape section is complete. Added Special Installation Instructions to [Textures & Meshes][Landscape] Caves retexture. Update: [Textures & Meshes][Flora] is complete.
  19. Yes, stick with the order listed in the Plugins.txt, especially that latest one from my google drive. I'm still seeing a few plugins I am having to reorder due to master dependencies as I move along with my own re installation of the guide. The reason so many changes are being made is that I am no longer working alone to set up the Morroblivion Overhaul. Many of those plugins listed in the Plugins.txt will be disabled at the end because they will be absorbed into the CR Patch.
  20. If it was not for the load order being so dependent on the CR Patch that will be installed at the end, I would still be using BOSS for the convenience of sorting. For now, BOSS is only useful for the information it relays regarding "Dirty" plugins and Bash Suggestions. Even with the Bash Suggestions, we will be disabling the Wrye Bashed Patch 0.esp and creating our own in the end. But I am leaving BOSS information in the guide because BOSS is really the only sorting utility maintained for Oblivion. LOOT does not support Oblivion the same. JD does not use either, so the CR Patches he creates for modlists he builds from scratch in his own unique way.
  21. Try this one, just in case I have made an error with the other uploaded one: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1CqBCNfoP-VhikhPkHM2TFxdAjlY5I8YC?usp=sharing
  22. Yes, sorry, it is plugins.txt.
  23. Updated: Added to [Landscape] The Hesu Mod Collection| Optional files| White Rose River Patches| LostSpires-WRR Patch.esp as it was mistakenly left out the first time around. BleakerWayRevamp-AppleHotSprings Patch.esp has intentionally been left out of the [Landscape] Early Patches as [ECTV] Reapers Bleaker Way Revamp is being re-evaluated for this guide. Added to [Landscape] UL Compatibility Patches Compilation| ULM MOBS-UniqueLandscapes patch.esp as it was mistakenly left out the first time around. Added to [Landscape] Late Patches: Landscape Merge Consistency Patch.esp Other minor edits were performed on the Landscape section. Please review the section closely to compare with any previous installation you have.
  24. Hmm, I'm not certain what is preventing it from not sorting the plugins with the plugin.txt. I'll see if we can get ponyrider0 to trouble shoot this issue for us. Unfortunately BOSS does not sort the load order as need it to. I was working on a userlist.txt to make it do so, but I need to get all the installation instructions and changes to the guide edited first. I'll still attempt to work on that userlist.txt as soon as I have completed my edits.
  25. Update: Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul to v4.9.1. Notice also, as we will no longer be running VCE alongside it, the INI tweaks are no longer necessary and have been removed from the installation instructions.
