Well, it could be the Weather mods we installed, or you have a problem with Oblivion Reloaded settings. I'll have to see if we can get ponyrider0 to help us figure this one out. It seems different systems may require different settings. I'm not particularly fond of it myself, so as I update the guide I will probably edit out or replace some of the atmospheric and weather mods.

I find using https://imgur.com/ to be convenient for posting screen shots and sharing the link for others to view. I'm glad you are enjoying TES again. Modding the games keeps it alive for me too.
-
I really hope you enjoy the game. Share screen shots if you can. Also, let us know of any bugs you experience. To start in Morrowind, you need to edit the Morroblivion.ini: set mwMainMenu.AltStart to 1 To start in Oblivion, you need to edit the Morroblivion.ini: set mwMainMenu.AltStart to 0 P.S. If you have the Alternate Start mod from the Quests section activated, you can only start in Oblivion.

Thank you. I'm still struggling a bit with fatigue, but I believe I am healing. In order for us to help resolve missing meshes, we'll need more information. List the location, FormID, and Screenshots, etc..., providing as much information to us as possible.

The Bashed Patch is really more a personal preference. The list we place in the Test the Game sections are all that is needed. As for the crpatch.esp, some of the merged mods may be renumbering FormIDs. Load the crpatch.esp in TES4Edit. Check it for errors and then correct the errors by either dragging from a good record to replace the bad reference, or remove the Error reference altogether.

I spent some time this evening trying to clarify the TES4LL instructions in the guide. The Install Essential Utilities section seemed to be more confusing for users. Hopefully the revised instructions will be more easily understood. I have added BOSS back into the section. DDSopt has also been added. Feel free to take a peek at the revisions being made to the guide as I move along. However, I still recommend that users wait to begin following along until I am satisfied it is ready for release and testing. This may take several more weeks or months. Morroblivion Overhaul is the stable version to date.

For anyone currently following this guide, please note that I will be updating it. The following link will take users to the current stable version of the guide. When I finish editing the guide, I will make certain to make you all aware. Hopefully linking users to this version will cause less confusion as changes are made. Please bookmark this link until I have made all the necessary revisions: https://wiki.step-project.com/index.php?title=User_talk:Diana_TES_GotH/Morroblivion_Overhaul&oldid=101827 Morroblivion Overhaul&oldid=101827

The guide is going to need an update this Spring or Summer. I'll be looking over a few new mods, so if anyone wishes to put in their requests, please feel free to. A new CR Patch will need to be created. The crpatch.esp that is uploaded to the Nexus only works for the current guide. Since jdsmith2816 has taken a break from the gaming scene for while it will be up to us to create our own this time around. I also wish to make it a little more modular so that users can pick and choose the mods they wish to install. Any suggestions on this will be welcome as well.

An update on my health: I was prescribed a strong series of antibiotics that I will be taking for about a week. Hopefully my health will improve if we can rid my body of the infection it developed when I fell ill a few weeks back. If not, another trip to the doctor it will be. I just want you all to know that I'll hopefully be back in shape soon to dive back into this project. Until then, I'm fooling around with my husband's Xbox One Skyrim Special Edition and attempting to get his game modded. I'm learning just how limited console players are when it comes to modding. I still prefer my PC games and the ability to mod as I see fit...lol. I may end up creating a STEP like guide for console players by the time I figure out how to give my husband the best experience on his Xbox One. Hopefully you are all doing well. I'll catch up again soon.

I'll be taking a leave of absence for a month or longer. I am only just recovering from a back injury and then afterwards I fell ill from a virus. My energy and strength has been spent. Hopefully any veteran users of this guide will be able to kick in when help is needed. I'll try to catch up with it all when I am fully recovered and able.
-
Bummer, and those are mods that are crpatch.esp dependent. I'll have to look into this. I have been recovering from a back strain the past week, so I'm not sure how soon I will be up for diving into this issue. I'll try to get to it as soon as I can.

@DarkladyLexy I'm yearning to play Skyrim again and try this guide out. With my new system I believe it will play well. It'll be a month or two before I can chill out to a game, but I look forward to following your guide. You and your husband put together an amazing pack with SRLE Extended: Legacy of The Dragonborn.

So glad to hear it. Let us know of any bugs you may run across. Screenshots are very helpful to include with any bug reports.

Added a new page: Morroblivion Overhual Changelog Now that the guide is established, any changes made to the modlist (mods that have been Added, Updated, or Removed) will now be edited on the Morroblivion Overhual Changelog page. We will still update this forum when we make any changes to the guide. This additional page is for convenience to allow us to track what changes have been made and when they were made. NOTICE: to all Editors who contribute to the Morroblivion Overhual guide. I use minimal wiki templates in order to keep within the page size limit. The Morroblivion Overhual modding guide would not fit into one page topic otherwise. Please be aware of this limitation if adding additional content to the Morroblivion Overhaul modding guide. In order to view the page limitations, click Ctrl + U (key) and review the NewPP limit report located near the end of the sourcewiki report. If any of these limits are surpassed, a new page will be required for the extra content.

Update: Users have been confused regarding mods that are absorbed into the crpatch.esp. Now, mods that have the DO NOT INSTALL flag should only contain a plugin that is absorbed into the crpatch.esp. I have defined mods with the Esp/m Filter for mods that will need resources installed for the crpatch.esp.

I have fixed this in the guide. It was an error on my part to be left out. Yes, you can install Morrowind Music.
-
I have sent a message to DarkRider. Hopefully it is only down for maintenance and will be back up soon. I'll search around to see if we can find this mod on another reputable download site.
-
Which morrowind music are you referring to?

Morroblivion Overhaul Patch Central: Update files: MO Users _Testing Load Order
-
Unfortunately BOSS is useless to us now. Since you are back to using MO, I'll update the latest loadorder.txt on the Nexus for you to use. Give me just a few minutes to upload it. Apparently I already have the latest Testing loadorder.txt on the Nexus.
-
MO also ignores obse plugins for me. I'm just a stickler for order, and often use templates that help me keep a consistent order to my mods. This is the reason for my "Working Folder" reference with all mods that need to be repackaged. I do the same whether it is being installed with MO or WB.
-
Some of the Oblivion.ini tweaks are listed because they are required for Oblivion Reloaded. If you find you are running into issues after installing Oblivion Reloaded, you may wish to refer back to this section to compare the BethINI tweaks with the ones recommended.

The administrators are aware of the problem and trying to get it back up and running. I was only aware about an hour ago that the STEP Wiki was even down. It is rare for it to be down for longer than a couple of days, so my advice is just to check back in daily.
-
I do, but of course this is Optional for all users. It appears that STEP Wiki may be down at the moment.
-
LOL, I did too. Wrye Bash was such a headache for me. But, to answer your question regarding Merge Plugins, yes, I turn on BSA extraction as well.
