  1. yeah problem with that is all the snazzy patches are 43 even on SSE and when you put them through the CK they spew out errors cos of the paintings Gutmaw hand placed. So they all need going over and fixing properly but that is beyond my skills.
  2. Ok I have taken a very quick look at Palaces and Castles Enhanced it does have a few issue obviously snazzy esp will have to go but since the snazzy patches need sorting it might as well. The fps drop is quite significant like near 20 in the blue palace I went form 58fps down to 40fps near the entrance (This is the first massive drop if have experience I dread to think what it will be when i am done and dusted) but it did shoot back up to 58fps when i got a little further in. It does come with a Relighting Skyrim patch but since we use a custom patch I will need to take a look at it. All in All I am on the fence if there is room went i get to the end and the overall fps isn't that bad i suppose it could go in but i will think about it.

  4. I am still tweaking but this is what I got so far: enbeffect.fx.ini CC: Brightness=1.0 CC: Contrast=1.25 CC: Saturation=1.4 I also disabled ENB's Vsync as let the driver handle that but your choice there.
  5. I actually don't use Categories so I don't see the point. I do agree this does look very nice I gone the vivid Weathers preset + Reshade and ENB was a little tricky but i got it working i needed to tweak the ENBEFFECT.FX menu (CC:Contrast , CC:Saturation, CC:Brightness) cos interiors were way to bright but tweaked to taste and I am quite happy with the result. I through I was done with my ENB selection but now you have given me food for thought. I also turned off the stupid annoying Reshade Lens flare
  6. well I actually can't speak for that length of time in one go. Most I can manage (due my limited time cos of my children) is 2 but i have gone 2 or 3 without a single crash. Others will have to chine in on there experiences
  7. Hey guys just so you all know I have tweaked the Configure The Creation Kit Section of the Prerequisites Page I am now recommending that the Creation Kit scripts archive be extracted. If you already have the CK you can just manually extract the archive to the DATA folder. Please be aware the extraction of the CK scripts will be required when using Merge Plugin Standalone, I will add an idiot check when I get to that point in the guide.
  8. Very rarely there will be the occasional CTD but that is the nature of Skyrim. This guide has been extensively played tested by many different members of this community and is be actively supported by me and my husband.
  9. Yes this is on my list to look at list the only thing that concerns me is ICAIO compatibility and the scary amount of conflicts it could have. Also need to work where best to put it in the guide
  10. I see yes you correct that is a copy and paste error from the Classic guide I will remove that.
  11. what is this conflict. I have thought about it yes I am going to push CLARALUX SSE - Support Patches to that section. With LOTD Sirjesto has already done a merged patch like he did for the classic guide so that will save hassle.

  13. I did try the mixed green version but I preferred the Autumn colours version so went with that.
  14. So it appears this issue is caused by Northfire's Skidmarks So I am going to drop it until we can get it sorted.

  18. i see there is shininess on dragon mounds these are also occurring in Skyrim too so it can't be amidian solstheim and SHD texture (unless they are using the same textures) not sure what textures deal with them so if anyone else knows let me know. Best way to describe what it looks like it the textures looks noisy. So answers on a postcard
  19. didn't realize it on SSE best switch to that. Edit: I can't find them on SSE are you sure they have been ported? Copy and paste error I'll fix that. I wasn't actually planning on adding the treeHD or Unique Grasses and Groundcover this time Veydosebrom - Grasses and Groundcover is enough. I'll take a look at Solstheim likely to be Serious HD or maybe Amidianborn textures.
  20. I have simply extracted the contents of the zip archive to Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Scripts\Source. No i am not using Tech's Scripts from his guide didn't know he had any
  21. just manually extract using 7zip or Winrar like you would any zip file.
  22. I just hit this issue myself you need to extract the CK's Scripts to your data to find TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg which is located inside said archive.
  23. Ok guys just realize i am a bit of an idot recommending that you don't extract the CK scripts archive cos when you come to use Merge plugins you need TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg which is located inside said archive.
  24. OK guys the new Trees, Flora and grasses section is done I am thinking whoever since it contains DynDOLOD Resources we might need to push it up the install guide due to overwrites but I am unsure. What do you think about it's current placement within the guide should that section be pushed to say where DynDOLOD Resources originally was (just above World Expansions section) or leave it where it is?
