you know guys at the point i think i should relent and dump Massive NPC Facelift Overhaul and switch to Windsong. It is too much of a faff to deal with as it clearly is a bad port. Edit: if I was to go with Windsong that would mean the entire ++++Skin and Body++++ Section would have to go. I would have to supply a new merge and redo the NPC CR.

This is what I did as it was far easier the faffing around with it all and yes SSE is officially doing my head in. If it is not one issue it another maybe things aren't as stable as i hoped when i first deiced to create this guide. I guess it too much ask for a mod that is supposed to have been made for SSE to work properly on SSE without faffing around the CK, or SSE Nif opt. I am at the point now in saying if a mod made for SSE doesn't work out of the box and you have to faff around it ain't going in cos this is really really pissing me off now. Mini rant over and with that I am out off here smell you later.

well ii don't have any issue with the NPC Retexture mod just to be clear when you installed the you did remove the original mods esp and when you ran SSE NIF Opt you run it twice once with the head parts only ticked and once without? Can you also do a screenshot of the Alea record in xedit Specifically the head parts?

I have dealt with the form 43 issue from Massive NPC Facelift if you use the NPC Retexture Merge I provide. I didn't realize the meshes weren't converted properly converted but I am barely surprised anymore at the amount of poorly ported mods. I also didn't realize there were tga files but they can be deleted as it does contain proper dds files. The Animation bug is sorted once you Run FNIS and that is detailed. I didn't want to use Inhabitants of skyrim this time cos it requires apachii hair and never liked that. Having the files loose I actually haven't seen a NPC black face bug yet.

I have no issue in Dawnstar but is does sound like a buggy Statues of Skyrim install. Ok guys with Cheskos announcement that he will be updating his mod I think I will skip over Campfire, and Frostfall until the updates are released. I will also Skip over Bath in Skyrim until we know what is going on with CACO

Ok thanks I have added instructions to removed the noise.dds from Terrain Lod Redone & Vivid Landscapes so A Quailty Wolrd Map should be win the conflict now. Think Terrain LOD is OK where it is the only mod that it overwrites is Vivid Weathers tamrieltreelod.dds but that in turn gets overwritten by Enhanced Vanilla Trees. I removed Fences of Skyrim Compatibility Patch for Vivid Landscapes cos you are right it does it provide meshes for parallax so not needed. Whats wrong with No Snow Under the Roof I don't see any issue with it

OK (big sigh) I have created a quick ASIS patch since that is the only Skyproc Patcher we have at the moment the only oddities I can see is the "Compressed" flags hasn't been forwarded apart from that it look OK to me. I only ran the NPC enchantment Fix since that is all we use at the moment. I will get Darth to compare the SSE ASIS patch with that of our Classic one. I was just debating what to do with Skyrim Audio Overhaul if it was worth adding the patches since all but 1 we will need merge into the bash patch or should I just deal with them in the CR like we did for Classic.

Yes i added that line so no more popu messages add that to the prerequisite guide as well The entire NPC Retexture section is optional so if you don't want to use all or even any of the mods you can don;t have to but you will have to do your own conflict resolution. I wasn't planning on adding Windsong so I haven't looked at it. cool I'll take a look. Just for your info I knew Wheels of Lull was so broken it wouldn't even open in the CK that's why I haven't added it to the guide. There was a update so you might want to give that a try. Also Picky updated the BadGemlins mods and they work without issue now cos i have tested

OK since I am at the Recipe and Stat Changers not sure what I should do here I originally had plans to add Skyrim Alchemy and Food Overhaul but with CACO possibly out soon I might hold fire. The thing is currently the LOTD Merged Patch for this guide provided by SirJesto has it as a master and so does the test CR Darth made I guess i could add for now and wait for CACO to be release but i really don't want to add it then pull it in possibly few weeks time plus have to remake the CR. Edit: I also had idea of using Ars Metallica instead of CCOR but that may drop soon as well choices choices.

SRLE Extended: Legacy of The Dragonborn
DarkladyLexy replied to Darth_mathias's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
@ eclipsezero in answer to you questions: 1. We mostly stuck with Better Vampire cos when we first created this guide Sacrosanct was out and when it did come out I was too lazy to test and swicth. 2. Never tried buy i can see why not. 3. again not really used anything from ASIS expect the NPC Enchant Fix. 4. As far a I know there is no mod the deals with dragon AI (yes it a major shame we lost DCO but it is what it is now). Ultimate Dragon would be closest but like you said still has bugs. I personally wouldn't use CWO even if you did manage to find a copy cos the last time i used it, it broke my character and that was even before we created the LOTD version of the guide. wyrmstooth can be easily found and there ate patch still available on the Nexus for it but you would have to deal with your own conflict resolution.
