  7. no, an esp is required to load any BSA even it a dummy. You don't need to extract the Immersive college of Winterhold BSA cos the main ESP that loads the BSA is unmerged.
  8. yes cos pre merge you will have over 500 plugins. xEdit can't load that many cos i disable some to bring you back under
  9. you don't need that at all it covered by my provided merge that is only to show users how i created the merge

  18. well, there is an edit in the custom OMEGA CE plugin OI think that control when Dragonborn starts. I think if you delete that and then wait 30 days for cells to reset that should spawn the cultist and Dragonborn should start.

I have never encountered this so I don't know. might best to as Mator as that mod is merged. with OMEGA Dragonborn does actually start until you have defeated Aldiun but you should also be able to start it by just going to Solstheim on your own. You should be able to talk to the captain the windhelm docks and he will take you there.
  20. both of these are merged so if you have done the merges make sure they are included if not ignore it won't be an problem by the time you have finished.
  21. I can but there is not that big of a difference the only difference is you don't do the ini tweak and you tick Generate Tree LOD in DynDOLOD
  22. if a mod is already flagged as an esl you can keep it that way. the Landscape Group wasn't added by me it was a new group added by LOOT; update your Masterlist and it should appear. you would need to use the CK to Add the proper KYE, WACCF Keywords. you can Use xEdit to adjust armour rating to the better fit WACCF and ACE to.
