Perks - There really isn't any overhauls for that currently, though that will change in time. Combat System / Difficulty / Balance - We have HLE, SiC, OBIS, Immersive Patrols for new more challenging NPCs. Deadly Dragons for dragon combat. Uncapper but set to default settings... so it wont get overpowered. As for Enchanting/Smithing/Alchemy, those will get done with Perks later on. This is still a work in progress but for now its basically a balanced, more challenging vanilla.
