That is weird. Myself and others have downloaded the files without the giants/mammoths and have had no problems... Perhaps you have another file doing that that you forgot to remove?

Would using this with 26 moon size tweaks (yes I still use this) cause weird flickering and movement on the moons?

Well I use Serenity ENB, which requires ELE and ELFX. I don't use any other lighting mods. No CoT.

This probably won't be compatible with ELFX or ELE, right? Since it's changing the interior lighting placements?

You can combine ot with the grey texture from tue original mod.

I just like the argument of it explaining why you can't see through the windows.

I think we should add this to testing since it most likely conflicts with a few other STEP sound mods other than just AOS.

I asked for a non-hearthfire version of Better Book Covers and was told to stfu and buy Hearthfire so I doubt you'll get him to do this :P.
