  1. Try raising the muddiness value and lowering the wave amplitude just a tad.
  2. I think basically I just need to put Skyrim on hold until I get an even better GPU that can play it at 1440p with ENB.
  3. So when I take screenshots this way, the screenshot has the black border around it when I open the jpg in 1440p mode. Anyway to get rid of that?
  4. The AMD Center Timings GPU Scaling Option seems to be the best. It just puts a black border around the image.
  5. So it looks like the "center timings" option under AMD's GPU Scaling just displays 1080p and puts a black border around the image. This would probably be the best option.
  6. Ok. Thanks Aiyen. Maybe I'll just put Skyrim on the backburner until I get the next generation AMD/NVIDIA gpu.
  7. Well I haven't tried what you suggested due to a number of reasons. A few being. 1. The monitor was JUST delivered today and I'm at work. 2. As explained in point #1, I'm at work and am unable to test. As for a problem...yes, there is a problem. The problem is that I know 1080p on 1440p looks bad so I needed a workaround. That's why I created this post. I do not know the difference between those 3 res, no.
  8. Oh. You mean the option that says "enable GPU scaling" with the 3 options underneath it? One is like "maintain aspect ratio" one is something else and one is like "center timings"? I probably want to use center timings right?
  9. That doesn't make any sense because the aspect ratio would be wrong.
  10. There's no way to get around this? It won't look correct? I can't have black bars around it or something? I found this mod but could not for the life of me figure out if it would help me or how to even use it. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7347/?tab=4&&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D7347%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D544975&pUp=1
  11. Ok. Just wondering. The reason why I haven't updated is because Skyrim Bigger Trees makes the forests MASSIVE.
  12. I just upgraded to a QNIX qx2710. There is no way I can get playable framerates with Serenity ENB and tons of mods at 1440p. It was okay at 1080p. How do I play at a lower resolution without messing up the aspect ratio or distribution? Is it possible? I have AMD btw.
  13. It's been a long long while since I updated this. I'm still using v191 regular. Does the new 2.0 version make trees taller like Skyrim Bigger Trees? Right now I'm using Skyrim Bigger Trees with the regular version.
  14. Sounds good. Thank you.
  15. Well what if i have a DVI connection? Then i can use either? Thats weird haha.
  16. No they both act separately. AMD isn't one to have logical controls :P.
  17. I know but if you look through CCC, there are TWO areas where you can change colors/gamma/etc. One is under "Desktop Management" and the other is under "My Display Flat Panels." I'm sorry if I misunderstood but it looks like they are BOTH driver-managed color controls.
  18. No idea where to put this so sorry if this is wrong...but what is the difference between calibrating your monitor using the AMD CCC Desktop Colors tool and doing the same thing under the "my flat panel display" tab or whatever it's called (also in CCC). They both have identical controls (conract, brightness, gamma, etc.). Again, sorry that this is the wrong place. I just wanted to bring it up in case the desktop colors weren't actually being shown in game. I thought about this after reading how windows color management color profiles are deactivated in game.
  19. Wasn't there something weird with this mod where if you saved under a shelter, it messed up your game? Did he fix it? Whatever the issue was?
  20. Not sure if that fixes the issue though. I use that module and still get the vanilla glitch that OP is mentioning.
  21. Step recommends hiding the fence textures from Real Wood for some reason.
  22. I thought the whole thing with Terrain Bump is that it is supposed to fit the vanilla textures? Or texture packs that are close to vanilla (SRO). I use Vivid Landscapes, which basically overwrite the entire Terrain Bump mod, so I don't know what Terrain Bump actually looks like in game.
