Sooo steam just deleted my tesv.exe and update.esm for me. And the backups that a made using steam won't install so I was forced to upgrade. Steam is nasty :(

The feature is designed to remove all files that are not included with base skyrim or that bash has not installed itself, it is working as intended. (i.e. if you use this after you have manually installed anything or used another mod manager to install anything it will uninstall all those things for you, that is the intended function.)

I think the general malaise is the result of the bureaucracy of education and its complete avoidance of true learning. For those few who are still awake and curious about the world, there is more information available now (and to more humans on the planet through billions of free of inexpensive access points) than any single human has ever had available in history. With ever more information becoming available faster and cheaper then ever in history. The question is will education change to enable us to make use of this golden era or will it remain a barrier to be overcome in order to seek the new truths and beauty of our future.

Yeah there is a chip shortage from Nvidia's end on the 680's much easier to find 670's even though they are the new kid in the lineup.

Well I can't run ssao from nvidia it trashes my fps down to a complete unplayable mess, with enb I still have about 10fps still not playable but better. Your mileage will vary based on the enb configuration.

I don't believe it for a second, new leaps forward in computer technology have already created and will continue to create an almost limitless garden of "low hanging fruit" for the basic sciences. We just need people interested in picking it, which sadly we do NOT have, due to an education system based on rote learning rather than personal experience, scientific discovery, and artistic exploration. As far as these new discoveries actually improving life, they really won't until we overhaul the patent system. The real problem lies in the bureaucratic nightmare of our education and scientific discovery. While difficult, these problems are quite solvable.

You can complain to AMD that they don't support game profiles like Nvidia does. Maybe they do and TC and I just don't know it, we got some knowledgeable people here with ATI cards that might be able to give you some pointers to alternative ways to achieve the same things. Did you do a search for ATI or AMD on the site? Bet you'll find all kinds of goodies.

Let it clean all those files and then do a verify integrity from steam, then run clean data again. I predict it will find no problems, and Bash is working as intended.

Thanks z. Last thing I want to do is create more work for anyone. I've just now gotten a chance to spend some time getting my install up to date after a long stretch. Hope you got Skyrim Unplugged going to avoid the update blues, 1.6 is awesome but creates a complete mess of some mods, stick with 1.5.26 till the CK is updated and mods are able to be fixed.

Disabling USKP is not recommended unless you are going to avoid doing any questing, avoiding game breaking quest bugs is higher priority than hearing dialogue (just turn on subtitles and read it). Edit: quest triggers and scripts attached to dialogue may be broken as well as voice files. So you need to avoid all questing regardless of running USKP or not :P

Unconfirmed Issues with 1.6 So far I am aware of a major bugs with the Campanions guild introduced by 1.6 to the vanilla game, avoid them and their quests until a future patch.For mods their are reports of UI elements breaking, mostly the crosshairs. Voice dialogue is also having issues as well as animations.Overall 1.6 is a tremendous improvement with many major bugfixes and optimizations, its another milestone moving forward.Unfortunately the mod issues cannot even be worked on until a 1.6 compatible version of the CK is released, then it will take a mod authors a while to implement, be patient.Thread open for reporting your issues.

There are in fact enb configs based on different locales, one from the tropics called "brazil" and another based on nordic conditions named "fimbulvinter".
