  1. @LeetMiniWheat: That's one of the great things about a standalone version is that you can add whatever image space modifiers with it to create your own look that suits your tastes better. And the no shaders version is a little less saturated. But we named it Vibrant for a reason. We looove colors! And what are you using for blood textures? Enhanced Blood has a darker version that looks really good with ENB and isn't at all bright. As far as performance, the High Performance version still has all of the effects applied so there will still be an fps hit with it. But you can also disable Detailed Shadows, DOF, and/or SSAO for a big fps boost. Especially SSAO. All of these are very simple to enable or disable. Sounds like you already know how to do all this but I will post it here for others who might want to know. Simply go to the enbseries ini and change the values from true to false to disable any fps intensive effects. [EFFECT] UseOriginalPostProcessing=false EnableBloom=true EnableAdaptation=true EnableDetailedShadow=true Enablehighdetailreflections=true UseOriginalObjectsProcessing=false EnableDepthOfField=true EnableAmbientOcclusion=true EnableSunRays=true Quick and easy fps boost. At the loss of some quality of course.
  2. Just want to thank those who have downloaded and endorsed this. You guys put us in the Hot Files in less than 24 hours. Wow! Thanks so much. You guys are great!! :D
  3. Yes, they work just fine without an .esp file since you are simply changing the cloud textures. And no worries. That's the whole idea of community. Helping one another. And thanks for the compliments and support. :)
  4. Thanks! Glad you like it. :) I'm actually using everything in the sky textures folder except for the sun files. Looks great in game.
  5. Sorry it took so long to answer. Been crazy busy getting ready to release and real life also. Well, ETA is now. Already released at this link. And we will be updating Vibrancy to 5.0 in a day or two also. https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20570 Hmm, I think that is more about weather changing mods rather than adding better rain or snow. I will have to check into that one. The shadow striping isn't a problem with RLWC. Especially with Boris's detailed shadows. We tried Climates and to be honest it doesn't really suit our particular tastes. Not knocking it whatsoever, just personal preference. We are using Climate's incredible cloud textures in our personal games though. And we have a couple of people using Climate's with our Vibrant ENB and they like the look of it but say the nights are just a little too dark with it. But that is something a little tweaking can fix.
  6. Our new standalone ENB is now available for download. Here is a link for anyone who wants to give it a go. https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20570 Edit: Ooops. Linked to the wrong page originally. Sorry. It's been a very long and busy day.
  7. Quick update. We are down to just writing the readmes and a description page and then we will be uploading the standalone Pure Vibrancy. Not very long after we will be updating the current Vibrancy to 5.0 with some very major changes. Here's a link to our current Bethesda thread with some very recent pics if anyone wants to see what this looks like now. https://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1394358-vibrancy-enb-series-thread-3/ As soon as we release I will start a separate thread for this with a link to the page since this is a different ENB configuration than Vibrancy.
  8. Hey how'd you just get the cloud textures. I opened up the manual files, i couldn't find it, do you know what the cloud texture file is called because all i see in the texture folder is COTcirrus, sun, sunglare. I really like the cloud textures plz help.Sorry, I just checked back here and noticed this. I am using all of the files in the sky folder except for the two for sun. The clouds are great in this. I'm using these instead of Dramatic Clouds now. They are both really good but I like the PR clouds better personally.
  9. Yes, weird_steam_hack does need set to 1 or this will not work correctly for a lot of people. That's no big deal though. KyokushinOyama uploaded it and I have editing access so I will talk to him about setting that to 1 as default. That will save people having to go in the injector ini and change it themselves. Also, this doesn't work with RCRN. So anyone using that will be out of luck for the SMAA. Just thought I would point that out too.
  10. This one should be included in the next STEP guide. We have tried a ridiculous amount of AA types, settings, and combinations and SMAA was clearly the best for quality and performance. Since quality and performance are the whole idea of STEP this one is tailor made for the guide. My opinion of course. But based on a LOT of research and trial and error. :)
  11. This is a great idea but still has a while to go before I personally will use it. But the cloud textures are really, really good and I am using those instead of Dramatic Clouds. A lot of the lighting still needs quite a bit of balancing with this. In my opinion of course. :)
  12. I tried this for a while and though I do like the designs I wish it were a higher res texture. They look really good up to a point. The low res textures were very noticeable (for me at least) once I got close to a character and the clothes look very out of place if you are using a high res skin texture. Not knocking it at all. I love the work but I for one am going to hold off and hope the author decides to add an HD version.
  13. Hmm, good question and great catch on that. I didn't actually notice it myself until you pointed it out but now it really stands out since I know it's there. It could be a slight artifact from catching her at the beginning of the cast animation or because I'm not using the recommended body for this particular character. I'm off to see if I can replicate this and if it's on our end we will fix that. Thanks for the heads up! :)
  14. Thanks for your patience. We appreciate it. ;) Here's a test pic I just took so you have some idea where this is right now. https://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/576708583535890027/AC9BC1E5D3E393B106D25E06A25DCB8577B56143/
  15. Well, I didn't want to keep saying it's almost done and then we do a total rewrite of all the code making for a longer wait. We are in the process of making the final tweaks for the Pure standalone version and 5.0 will be updated one or two days after Pure's release. So we are really close now. We just want this to be as polished as humanly possible and stand out from the sea of ENB's currently available. If anyone is interested in seeing some screenshots of the new version and a little more info here is a link to our Beth thread. Thanks! https://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1382862-vibrancy-enb-series-thread-2/
  16. I saw this one also and while I really like what they did with the actual steel parts I have to agree that the wood looks way too new. A more weathered appearance would make this one a must have for me.
  17. I have been using this one for quite a while now and haven't had any issues with it at all. And haven't accidentally broken any quests by exploring either. :)
  18. Hmm, now that's more like it. I'm going to give this one a go again. Thanks for the pic!
  19. Ok. Got one of those good news, bad news deals here. The bad news is no release today. (I really need to learn about not setting dates) The good news is we are almost finished and are adding a LOT of new features and surprises. So we are definitely trying to make it worth the wait. It's would just be a little silly of us to release right now and update 3 times tomorrow so we are completely finishing this first. But so you have some idea of where this is at here are a few pics Kyo took during the latest round of testing. And this isn't the final product yet so there are quite a few improvements and additions being made. Sorry for the wait but we want this to be just so when we release it. Very soon. https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/100162 https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Images/99960 https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Images/99979 https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Images/99994 https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Images/99982 https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Images/100159 And it will look quite a bit better than this when we are finished. We're making major improvements, not just tiny tweaks. :)
  20. Oh yeah! Tracking and letting others do the guinea pigging on this one but it sounds fantastic. If anyone tries this out please let us know how it works. I love the idea of this one though. :)
  21. Lol. Gotcha. Well, so far we are still on track for tomorrow. Hopefully. :)
  22. Thanks! Well, the 4.0 has been out for a while and the new standalone should be ready tomorrow, Wednesday the 20th. Very soon after that we will be updating Vibrancy to 5.0. Everything has been rewritten from scratch and a lot of new features and a few surprises have been added too. :)
  23. I think the skies came out pretty good. There are so many variables like time of day, weather, and just general cloud cover that you will have different looks depending where exactly you are and the current conditions. When I do another round of testing I will get a few sky pics to show some of the different effects in various areas and weather conditions.
