  1. serious gamebreaking bugs ? I am aware of the Miraak fight bug it causes . Also ;what needs CR ?
  2. Is it safe to use Dragon combat overhaul with SRLE ?
  3. I tried installing Dawn of skyrim today and i was hit again by different records in TE5Edit then those are stated in the guide . for example the first record i should remove stated by the guide : However if i punch in CraftingBlacksmithArmorWorkbench into the editor ID all it finds is an entire different number and the record is not removable since it is in Skyrim .esm I am really confused why everything is diferent on my side then what is stated in the guide .
  4. all things considered it looks to me like a nice upgrade of their privious work . *thinking of what modders will do to this game once they get their hands on the G.E.C.K :
  5. I posted this in the SRLE - explorers forum but haven't had a response yet so i thought id ask it here : Also for some reason , some of the records are either not where the guide claims they should be or are there not at all . can it be that something altered these RECORD files ? Another mod not covered by SRLE ? I am just really confused about this :p
  6. For both mods you have to install the archive twice . first time when opening geonox faces right click the data folder and click set data direcyory then click install . After that open the archive again and this time open geonox smooth face option , right click on the data folder and click set data directory then hit install again and pick merge . same goes for the underwear file first install the base data directory then open the archive again ,open OPTIONS then body hair textures , pick the body hair file you want right click on it and set data directory and install and pick merge . In short , you first install the base mod file first and the optional ones afterwards .
  7. I have one question : I started making my own CR patch for this and while it is working well , there is one thing that seems strange to me : Some of the records that need editing i did not find in the persistent folder as the guide said but instead i found them in the temporary folder . Is this normal ? I edited them nonetheless into the patch but i am wondering if something is wrong with this ? Edit : i think i am gonna wait for a while with patching since i am encountering a lot of problems with either records being in the wrong place or are their not at all .
  8. Thanks neo , did the CELL ones , will do the other ones tomorrow. One thing i am worrying about is that in some cases , the record where in the temporary folder rather then the persistent ones as stated in the guide . Might this lead to any problems ? also after this post ill post any other problems i might have in the SRLE - Explorers thread .
  9. Ok , i have decided to not take the easy way out this time and make my own CR patch for the SRLE : Explorer's Edition guide . These are the fixes that need to be made : https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Nearox/SRLE_Explorers_Conflict_Resolution#LOOT_Rule Now to make sure i understand this correctly, i am gonna explain how i think it must be done for the first 2 conflicts and you guys can tell me if i am right or wrong . First one : Block 0 \ Sub-Block 9 \ 000133C6 <RiverwoodSleepingGiantInn> Conflict Resolution: Use record from ELE_Legendary_Fs_Wt_Lite.esp. Problem Resolved: Needs to put into the Explorer's Edition Conflict Resolution ESP in order to facilitate the succesful merging of subrecord 00064110. 1 open TES5edit and load all the plugins . 2. open up ELE_Legendary_Fs_Wt_Lite.esp to the specified location , right click the record and select "copy as new record into ..." and then select new file and name it into what the CR ,esp file will be called . is this correct ? next one : Block 0 \ Sub-Block 9 \ 000133C6 <RiverwoodSleepingGiantInn> \ Persistent \ 00064110 Conflict Resolution: Use record from Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul Merged.esp then move the Record flags from 3DNPC.esp. Problem Resolved: Changes from Interesting NPCs and Immersive Citizens needed to be merged. open up Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul Merged.esp to the specified location and then in the right panel , drag the record from the 3DNPC,esp column to the Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul Merged.esp column . Is this also correct ?
  10. would it be possible to add a download link next to the conflict resolution guide for a premade patch for people who want it ?
  11. A Number of people have reported a steady drop in performance when playing the game . going from 50 fps when starting to dropping to as low as 20 FPS after 30 minutes . restarting the game fixes it again to a high framerate . After some searching it seems PN extra options rebalance module might be the culprit .
  12. i was wondering , has anyone got into contact with the author of the PN- extra options mod for the memory leak problem with the rebalance module ? EDIT : just got a look at new FALLOUT 4 screens on PS4. Dat distant terrain is in dire need of a mod me thinks :p:
  13. thanks , will check it out . My main line of thinking is since some of these questmods take you to entirely new worldspaces , conflicts from mods that alter vanilla skyrim should be low , or is this a wrong way of thinking ? Also @Neovalen , wouldn't Dragon combat overhaul be a worthwhile addition to SRLE ? The only problem with it that i ever encountered was with the Miraak boss fight altough i removed it from that fight and re enabled it and it worked fine . + ill never get tired of shooting dragons out of the sky . Much better then the vanilla " yeah i know i am dead , but i won't keel over until i land normally , and do my animation .
  14. Anyone ever tried some of those big quest mods such as Molag ball's inferno , Vigilant , the candle makers , Wheels of lull , dwemertech , moon and stars and spectraverse with SRLE ?
  15. Try switching around both mods in the modlist so NVR is above FCO.
  16. which AV files did you use for Automatic variants ?
  17. thanks , where did you put the files in the modlist and loadorder ? Also can i merge the patches for rschildren , EFF for Interesting Npc's ?
  18. Is Interesting NPC's still compatible with SRLE ? e
  19. Darth , i decided to try out the same Mods as you are using in your mod list on top of SRLE . Could i make a request for a downloadable version of your conflict resolution file ? thanks in advance .
  20. is Nexus down for anyone else ? I have been unable to get on all evening .
  21. after consideration i decided to remove it . i wasn't really planning on using it anyway .
  22. i ran into a small issue while ingame : While fighting the dragon at the watchtower , said dragon knocked my Follower Faendal out and then kept wailing on him until i could pull his aggro . After killing it i tried to revive him but everytime i had the follower wheel from EFF pop up instead of getting the grab, search ,revive window . SO waking feandall up was made impossible unless i dismissed him first and then i still had to wait for hours ( ingame ) before he woke up and moved back to riverwood . i disabled Knock out followers so that should hopefully solve it .
  23. That looks awesome . can i just put it underneath at the mod list ? i installed it there and it seems to have worked fine . Also added the nessecary compatibility patches for CACO and the uncapper . Will it work fine on it's own now or will i still have to redo the bashed patch ? kinda scared to tinker with it now that everything is inside the SRLE profile file .
  24. I understand . I guess Mods like Skyre spoiled me a bit on that front .
