  1. i have not tested but i don't see why the immersive compass mod wouldn't work with SSE as it not dependent on SKSE doesn't have textures or meshes or an esp. plus i am sure most mods that are just textures should work for SSE as i believe it was Mesh files that had a slight format change bewteen the two versions
  2. thanks for all your hard work Electronauta this will be useful come the time when i am ready to issue an updated guide. i will say Bijn mods do work for SSE if you only use the Textures and meshes from the original mod and use this esp https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11/? I have personally tested this and i know it works. Also any Patches I created I will highly likely rebuild from scratch when I come to create a new guide i do have a few ideas for what I would differently next time around around.

  4. NO and there wont be now with it gone. JD did recommend i have just patch for the DCO conflicts which i might do but not got around to it yet (as per usual with me). no don't merge the main esp only the patches.

  9. ah obviously Paul and JD Removed it from there core patches and my wife didn't realize we'll fix that.
  10. ok as I understand it vanilla skyrim lod billbords wasn't needed because of EVT (I could be wrong). As for grim grass i suggest delete the ini file and then update the value manually not sure if it will work cos of the way the merge works. Yes i have merged the forgotten city mods so you can do that I will add that to the guide as well when I can. will update when i can. thanks that will be useful when I eventually come to create an updated guide. I do know of some the still require the old Skyrim for etxtures and meshes and just the updated esp like Bijin. Delev, Graphics, Names, Relev, Stats well I have added removal instructions to be sure.

  14. You can use it if you want there patches for CACO and SkyTest i believe. This part of my Original first guide in the early days but i eventually dropped because it didn't gel with my gameplay style.

  16. I don't want to really do major changes or testing at this stage I just don't see the point with SSE out the likely hood a newer SRLE guide coming soon.

  20. yep i going to leave my editing until the mornings from now now. Edit: managed to do it now check the changelog for the bit and bobs i did today and with that i am out of here for tonight. quality daddy daughter pizza movie time here i come.
  21. hey guys i can't update the main guide as it am still getting 503 504 errors but I have updated the Conflict Resolution the version from Darkside this will now be considered the main version and all future updates will be based on this CR. The older version with DCO is still up but I have bumped it down the optional files section this WILL no longer be updated.

OK i have finished my reinstall and implemented this and to me it looks good to me and as as soon as my guide stops be a pain and spitting out 503 and 504 errors I will update with these global loot priorities. I have also had a very quick look at Darksides CR looks ok in xedit to me but I have not tested in game yet.

  25. @Darkside And everyone else for that matter I am not really planning on adding anything new now don't really see any point with SSE out. All i am planning on doing to gettig my own game back to into a workable state taking a look at the CR and possible maintaining stuff until i am ready for my a new SSE guide. but if they are simple texture mods or fixes to stuff we already have i will take a look and may add.
