It might be powered alright, but it doesn't have an infrared detector / photoreceptive sensor, so it won't be able to produce a working image either way. -

The Outcast Ranger Mask was intentionally left out of the PN vision modes because it lacks the camera/sensor on the right side of the helmet, which is the reason I didn't Spice of Life's Rogue Ranger helmets to any vision modes in my equipment pack either. It also lack the rebreather tube ADAM has added to the other helmets (visually). This is a preference though (i.e. consistency over gameplay) so you didn't do anything wrong per say, and the only reason ADAM has it excluded by default is because that's the way the mod was originally set up when I took over development. If you chose to keep it that way I'd love to have your permission to tweak the patch for my pack though. Haven't been able to test anything yet, but I'm adding this to my setup fairly soon as I was planning on making a patch myself (which probably wouldn't have been as well implemented as I'm no good with scripts). :: -
Van has already suggested this and I've tracked it for when I finish wrestling with broken meshes (hopefully soon) from various mods.

My god, trying to learn Blender after working in 3DS Max is horrible. All I wanted was to fix the massive collision box for the ruined buildings New Vegas Landscape Overhaul uses. Fixing the ADAM meshes is going to be a PITA. @Van, would you mind checking the building next to the NCR tents in Primm for a floating notice board? Need to figure out what mod adds that. -

Oh that train mod. Same guy who made the crazy Dwemer train stuff for Skyrim. trainwiz really likes trains. He also likes Corn Flakes. I haven't played through it myself but isn't a rather large part of Lonesome Road about the fact that the Long 15 is the only way into the Mojave? Tracked the crafting mod, it looks interesting enough. -

Should be pointed out that you'll have some extra variety with Project Nevada, as it adds the - if not lore friendly - lore inconsequential T-57c worn by the Boomers. -

Added the new necklace mod. Tracked Book of Steel compatibility edition. Still haven't looked much at PAD, but the game does already distribute the PA to some extent, it's supposed to be rare lore-wise. Not sure how I feel about the T-60c either - that was a pretty stupid retcon in my opinion - and some of the new armors doesn't really look as good as the default ones with improved textures. Also why did he add back the shoulder guards to the NCR power armor? The whole point of that armor is that they don't have the means to make the hydraulics work - like the BoS - and are wearing non-powered power armor. Power armor training is still a thing so there's no reason why raiders should be sitting on top of any suits. I do love the BoS versions of the Enclave armors, but I don't see how they would matter in a non-TTW setup. The fact that it's all configurable is a huge plus, obviously, but I don't see it adding much when you remove the things I mentioned. What railway mod? I like the idea of NV Interiors Addon and remember looking it over when making NVInteriors Rewritten, but he does add a ton of fluff (loot) and I'm unsure how I feel about all of that. Not really all that encouraged to go diving in those mods again, as they are fairly massive, and the CK is rather terrible at telling you what a plugin changes. -

Yeah, it's the FO4-inspired vending machines. Sorry for not being able to test your necklace mod extensively. I've had it in my game and it seems to have worked just fine, but I haven't really played much. -

Then it was probably just a download issue on my part, which wouldn't be surprising with my Internet connection. Glad you liked NNBS, will probably get around to adding more to that eventually, but for now go grab a cup of coffee in Buck's Place. When I actually get to play the game I'm testing Gas Pumps of New Vegas: Should technically be coolant pumps, but there's nothing on the pumps themselves saying the provide gas, so I'm all good. -

The wonder of modding --> When taking a look at something ends up being tons of work and you don't realize before it's too late to turn back. I've now made the Rogue Ranger Armor so awesome I want to wear it, but considering the goals of the pack I also want to make it have stats approaching the normal armor, perhaps somewhat worse to account for its worn state, and then I can't have it randomly popping up on low level raiders. Any ideas for a good place to have a full version of the set? Are there any rogue rangers in the New Vegas Bounties mods? I feel like there is one but it's a while since I played through them. Also need to change the Project Nevada patch as the helmet shouldn't have night vision even with the patch's fixed version. The camera to the right of the head is missing, and following the logic of ADAM, it shouldn't give vision modes, like the Outcast Mask. EDIT: I know what you're thinking - will his meddling never end? Never! -

Heya guys, dunno if anyone cares, but I've used my power as ADAM's custodian to make some custom textures for the Rogue Ranger Duster in Spice of Life, as well as making the mesh use Wasteland Clothing Hires Retexture's jacket. Here's a frontal shot showing the new helmet (last one was just a black recolor of the default one, so much lower res) and the new high-res ranger coat (which i changed the coloring of slightly, to differentiate it from the default armor) as well as the high-res version of the Merc Adventurer jacket from WCHR, which is already in F&L: Here's a shoulder shot showing the new worn NCR emblem. The previous version had the full default emblem, but I thought that was kind of strange with it being a "rogue" armor and not an NCR disguise either. I also wore down the pattern on the right shoulder: And here is a shot of the legs, which use the kneeguards from the ranger patrol armor (which I also upgraded to use a tweaked version of the ADAM texture), and a much more whitewashed version of the default ranger jeans (which are much more blue): Would love to hear what you think, if you like it I might ask the SoL author if I could release it as a standalone mod or an extension of ADAM. -

Well, anything by Hitman is probably worthy of being added, but IIRC Enhanced Camera means the first person animations won't be used anyhow. I'll probably pick it up for myself though, the enhanced camera always felt weird to me (even though it's perfectly logical that you should see your body). Wonder what mod the weapon in the first screenshot is from. @Van555: I'm currently pretty swamped, because I'm trying to study for an exam (which luckily is a while from now) and co-writing a short film trailer script with a friend who's applying to a film school. I'm also working on the Casino Overhaul stuff, but want to wait for Machienzo's permission to use his assets, and have to butcher (quite literally cut out a part) a mesh in Blender for ADAM to be able to use the female version of the Prototype Riot Gear. I've had so many different things going on I haven't been able to get into the game because I've had a lot of half-done plugins (like the casino overhaul one) which I didn't want to use in the game before they did what they should. -

@nexuspolaris: Both the ADAM patches should be mergeable into the Bashes Patch. @darkside: Since that's an object script that begins OnLoad, meaning when you enter the cell with the object the script is attached to, there shouldn't be any issues with removing the mod. Looks like it uses the same .nif file too, so just move the plugin to optional plugins in MO's left pane and see how that works, no need for a dummy plugin (those are mostly just used to load .bsa files). It won't explode anymore, but I honestly can't remember blowing up a vending machine before in any case. -
