  1. 2 years in and 2k posts further and you are still asking questions like that :P P.S. Read the description page of the mods on Nexus, I heard it helps.
  2. It appears the SMIM installer now installs the Windmills WITH yellow sails by default if using the full option. Pretty sure it wasn't that way in 1.66 and before.
  3. Sorry :p What I mean is, can NSutR for ETaC still be used if downloaded from the NSutR mod page?
  4. Both packs are beautiful, gorgeous work. They fit in particularly well with SRLE and Vividian ENB and with the new mod Rustic Windows. Both pakcs include parallax maps so you can simply install them after PPR. The author of these 2 mods is actually the same person as the one behind PPR. Note on Solitude pack: If you want textures to blend in perfect you must use the optional file for the Alternate Wall. The pictures posted in the OP are those of the main file only and do NOT look good together. Windhelm screenshots with Vividan ENB in this album: https://imgur.com/a/MFwxX#0
  5. What I mean is all the double buildings we talked about yesterday on Nexus :)
  6. Hey CJ, so it seems at the moment that NSuTR does not work well for me with ETaC 11. With regards to RBB, I am temporarily using 2 esps: 1 merged esp for DLC+FK+WT and another esp for BD. That seems to work so far. From the looks of it, it does not seem like there are any other REGS mods which do not work well with ETaC 11, unless I am missing something?
  7. I actually stopped playing/modding Skyrim. Decided it's been enough after 2 years. Playing ESO now. If anyone wants to take over the SRLE - REGS guide, feel free to edit it.
  8. Well, not gonna try to convince anyone, but while he does state some facts correct (and others are flat out wrong) he grossly exaggerates them. For instance I've been playing with friends since early access and we all like the grouping system more than traditional MMO grouping systems. It works, it is smooth and hassle-free. No idea WTF angry joe is doing. It's like the guy examined the system for 5 minutes and concluded it sucks... Most of the other 'issues' he has with the game, I have yet to encounter them. I know for fact that I won't encounter them because they are not there. Am progressed quite far into current endgame. No grind, only exploration, questing, dungeons, pvp. Game does feel like elder scrolls to me, a lot actually. With sweetfx profiles, the environment is - by MMO standards - simply stunning and I often stop to see the vistas. Anyways, if you look at the game as someone like him does, I guess it'll be tough to like any game. Personally I don't trust reviews anymore these days, whether they come from the establishment or from youtubers. They seem either sponsored (giving extremely high ratings for crap games) or have a self-interest in cracking down on games (aka being "critical") just to get more viewers. Even on reddit, every games section in the last 2 years seems to have become a place for whiney, overindulged people that feel entitled to a massive amount of individual wishes just for spending a subscription of 10 - 15 dollars a month. /rant As an elder scrolls fan, I'd at least play the game when eventually a trial becomes available (start with Daggerfall Covenant it has the best quests and environment in my opinion). But to each his own, I guess :)
  9. Ugh... disagree with just about everything in the video... the cynic tone from the first second says enough about the quality of the reviewer. Die-hard single=player TES gamers will dislike the game, as well as the die-hard MMO gamers. For every person not liking it, there are 10 others who do enjoy the new blend. Granted it took me about 20 levels to get used it it, but I for one will be re-subbing.
  10. I think it's regular behaviour for a 2GB GPU. I also run SRLE + REGS with a 2GB card (HD6950). If I only use SRLE then my game barely stutters. When combined with REGS it stutters because it constantly reaches the VRAM limit and therefore has to swap with RAM. The only solution is to decrease texture size. Do note that some mods use vastly more resources than they might appear. Better Males is such an example, you can safely ddsopt those head msn files to .5k without significant quality loss and saving loads of vram (check the Better Males thread here on STEP for more info). On my own game I also had to ddsopt all the aMibidian born equipment stuff to 50%.
  11. I'm completely immersed into ESO atm and I can't find the motivation to update the REGS-SRLE right now... I'll get to it at some point but the first few days of this game are extremely addictive.
  12. In the SRLE - REGS guide there is supposed to be another part about BDS which I never added. The author's instructions of the NSutR mod are: Prometheus_No_snow_Under_the_roof.esp Better Dynamic Snow.esp Prometheus_NSUTR BDS Patch.esp The part about resorting Better Dynamic Snow.esp to be after NSutR was not added by me, sorry for the confusion. Note: I'll ask CJ about this again. I believe he looked at BDS-NSutR compatibiltiy once and said resorting BDS.esp wasn't strictly necessary, but I have to ask him again as I don't recall exactly.
  13. Works on anything in the game. Open console. Click the object. Simple as that.
  14. Exteriors is incompatible wit LoS. I recommend LoS over ELFX exteriors because it works better with other mods in the guide.
  15. The author has announced he is working on an update for compatibility with FATT as well as a few other improvements. Once that is done the mod will probably be included.
  16. Did you try the REGS - SRLE conflcit resolution guide? The only thing I didn't update yet is to remove the records of Aurora Village and to include Moon and Stars. They're pretty simple to fix though as Moon and Stars only conflicts with Realistic Water Two and you jsut need to forward th XCWT record. I'll add it to the conflict guide tomorrow.
  17. Notes for cleanign are now added for the new mods. Make sure, as it says in the pre-requsites section, that you do not clean any mods that do not have such directions. Quite a few mods are intentionally 'dirty' and won't function normally without them. I'm waiting for a response from CJ about cleaning Shadows of Mermesis as it has only 1 ITM and I can't determine myself if it is intentional. EDIT: Downgrading Moon and Star to 1.00 as the author has disabled 1.01 after reporting issues.
  18. Well we tested it as well as another user. The decision to let go of Aurora Village wasn't a light one. Nevertheless I am definitely favoring Moons and Stars over Aurora Village. I think the scenery is nicer; has 9 custom voiced NPCs; immersive quests that send you all over Skyrim; multiple locations; beatiful dungeon; lore justification (not gonna spoil anything here). Most of the few small bugs have already been fixed. They are too be expected when a mod is newly launched and a large amount of users is trying it out. That said you can always opt to go for Aurora Village instead of this mod. Though after this video it was hard for me not to install Moons and Stars. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsymy_PSIO4
  19. Don't worry Kuldebar. You got something better in return! Moon and Star
  20. It's about the principle!
  21. We have some disagreement over those 3 records, which is why they are not in the REGS-SRLE CR guide or in the REGS custom esps. Imo the EITM - Object Effect should be forwarded and you can safely do it.
  22. Undeath + Moon and Star for me. With aurora village it gets too crowded imo.
  23. Btw just a notice to all REGS users, a very interesting lore-friendly mod was uploaded on Nexus today:Moon and Star We're gonna do some testing! :D
  24. Great to see you using REGS :) All the navmeshes of all the mods in the guide are checked and made compatible and/or fixed when needed. As you can read from the guide, it is fully compatible with SRLE and thus with the USKPs. Do not touch any navmeshes in tes5edit or there will be a significant probability that your game will have issues. CJ2311 has done the navmeshes in the CK, they cannot be fixed or forwarded properly via tes5edit. You should know that any mod that adds a new exterior environment tends to require a new or modified navmesh for that area. Therefore it is generally intentional that they overwrite vanilla and USKP navmeshes. We checked all the locations of Inns and Taverns and there are no navmesh issues with it :)
  25. It's not a memory '"reduction" feature... @ Octopuss: SKSE.ini settings for sks 1.7.0 alpha: [Memory] DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768 ScrapHeapSizeMB=256 SKSE.ini settings for 1.6.16 + DLL from OP: [Memory] Enable=1 DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=512 ScrapHeapSizeMB=256 If you use SSME then you dont need to include any of these seetings in SKSE.ini.
