  1. Hello there, I'm around 20 hours into my current gameplay, and just for testing I used console cheats to pump the Smithing skill (so I can see what armors are added by Immersive Armors). Thing is, I don't like or don't care for 99% of it. I've also noticed weird artifacts with some NPCs wearing certain pieces of armor, causing "floating" pieces of armor to follow them around. I suspect this is caused by some meshes from Remodeled Armor. I'm going to redo my SRLE build, and this time I'm skipping out of Immersive Armors and most of my current armor mods, opting for The Book of UUNP instead. AFAIK though, the base SRLE build involves the Conflict Resolution patch at the end, and that patch includes the esp from Immersive Armors as a master. I *think* there were some other patches as well to get other mods to play well with Immersive Armors. I intend to redo the conflict resolution patch manually, following the given instructions, except obviously skipping the bits that involve Immersive Armors. Is this "safe" to do? Also, if someone has already gone down this route, and is willing to PM me the patch, you'd save me a huge bundle of work!
  2. Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but something went wonky with the new NPC retexture merge (the optional one). I started a new game yesterday for testing after installing the new merge, and Ralof looks like vanilla Ralof, and was wearing vanilla Stormcloak armor (he previously wore more specialized custom armor). Hadvar still works as normal, and has his custom armor.
  3. What were these "negative opinions"? I struggle to see a downside to using a mod that is far more universal.
  4. I'd like to suggest that SRLE Extended make the switch over to UUNP HDT instead of UNPB+TBBP meshes. That way users can use whatever UNP based shape they want, instead of having to work within the restrictions of UNPB. I currently run just such a setup. I deactivated UNPB and the UNP armors from the base SRLE install, and replaced it with UUNP armors instead. Immersive Armors has a UUNP conversion as well.
  5. Hey guys, Just an FYI, Ordinator has been updated to v8.00. It now includes the Dragonborn respec, and as such, the install guide should no longer have an entry for the respec. Thanks.
  6. I'm following the instructions, and I find the following really confusing: Please note the merged patch contains the following patches: DBM_AOS_Patch.esp DBM_CACO_Patch.esp DBM_CRF_Patch.esp DBM_DPA_Patch.esp DBM_ESFCompanions_Patch.esp DBM_ImmersiveHorses_Patch.esp DBM_IWIA_Patch.esp DBM_HeavyArmory+IWIA_Patch.esp DBM_MoreInterestingLoot_Patch.esp DBM_MAS_Patch.esp DBM_MUS_Patch.esp DBM_RSChildren.esp (This is optional and NOT included in LOTD Patches Merged - use this patch only if you installed NPC Retextures - Optional Install) DBM_SCRR_Patch.esp DBM_Sofia_Patch.esp DBM_WAA_Patch.esp DBM_CCF_Patch.esp DBM_WAFR Patch.esp DBM_CCOR_patch.esp TCIY-BCS Patch.esp If you don't have all of these mods or you want to include DBM_RSChildren.esp you will have to do your own merge. This is the actual merge order and the filename output should be LOTD Patches Merged.esp I mean, making my own merge is fine and dandy. But where do I find the individual esps? I tried using the main file of the LOTD Patch Central page, but the name of the esps listed above don't tell you what options exactly you should use. Someone please clarify.
  7. Well, that's what Wearable Lanterns is for.
  8. It takes 18 days to upload files to the Nexus?
  9. Hey there, Thanks for answering. I'm looking for some clarification on what is "easy". I know at the end I install a conflict resolution patch. From the looks of the guide, there are probably thousands of fixes in the patch. Does anything in that patch need UNPB?
  10. I'm in the middle of an SRLE install right now. I scrolled down and saw that UNPB is installed later. I'm curious if skipping it and all the associated UNPB armor mods is "safe". I intend to use UUNP Special (with HDT and collisions) and UUNP Bodyslide armors instead. I also struggle to see how skipping some body mods is going to cause problems for other non-body mods. Is UNPB required at all?
  11. Can I then expect a performance downgrade due to this? It's rather disappointing that I can't bring the full capabilities of the GPU to bear.
  12. Hello everyone, I'm not new to the STEP install process. I've done it maybe 4-5 times now (yes I enjoy formatting my PC without backing up anything). I got my hands on a GTX 1070 recently, and formatted my PC again to avoid any issues that may arise from drivers for the old card being present. STEP Skyrim is the FIRST thing I am installing. In any case, I noticed that the VRamSizeDX9.exe tool only reports 4064 Mb. This is far short of the 8 GB that I know the GTX 1070 has. What would be the cause of this? And how do I remedy the situation?
