  1. Here's a trick: Use the package I sent you. Then replace the esp in that package with the guide's version.
  2. If anyone is getting the grey-faced bug with ECTV, Paul sent me his notes some time ago for the merge, and I did all the legwork myself regenerating the NAVI and ****. And yeah, I think the way the merge is hosted right now doesn't really work. I get the grey-faced bug every single time (and I've redone the build a few times now). It's a fairly substantial file, so if you want it, PM me. Be warned though, using my file I've seen a few very small weird things like a floating lantern in the middle of Riverwood.
  3. You can always just go get Schlongs of Skyrim or Shape Atlas for Men (NSFW obviously). IIRC SoS uses the Better Males body too.
  4. Hey guys, Doing the YASH guide now, WLSO section. It mentions installing Relighting Skyrim w/ JIT Scripts. Unfortunately, the files available for Relighting Skyrim on Nexus no longer carry the RSUSLEEP_Update.esp file, nor are there any scripts anymore after installing (only one .esp). I'm concerned that the RelightingSkyrim.esp file from the patch you guys made may refer to some scripts that are no longer there.
  5. Yes, the more I play, the more I'm finding Requiem to be an utter pain in the butt. I haven't fired up Skyrim in a week because I got fed up. There's a list of mods here for mods supported by Dragonborn Gallery: https://legacy-of-the-dragonborn.wikia.com/wiki/Supported_Mods Looks like some mods also add just items to the gallery. Are these "safe" for YASH?
  6. Does YASH play well with other quest mods like Wheels of Lull, Grey Cowl of Nocturnal, etc.?
  7. Maybe dumb question, but what is different between Requiem and YASH? Requiem kicked my ass hard, and it makes me not want to play. Starting out as a Volikhar vampire, and then getting sent on that first mission where you encounter two Ebony Vampires..., well, let's just say that didn't go well. What sort of challenge does YASH present?
  8. I've never programmed anything for "normal people" before. I've only ever done R, SAS, and MATLAB scripting. I tried to comprehend what you so graciously provided, and yeah, it just restores values from Masters, not from specific .esps. So I guess it doesn't work as is for my purposes. I'll take a deeper look at your original QuickChange script, and try to come up with my own. But thanks for the major effort though!
  9. That's not it. I checked in TES5Edit, and the changes are identical to the ones made by Requiem - Behind The Curtain.esp. It only removes radial blur, not the weird distortion that either Requiem or something else is introducing.
  10. Does anyone know how to get rid of the side distortion on screen when using abilities like Vampire Vision, Darkvision, and the like? It's giving me nausea trying to go through a dungeon with the vision on.
  11. ..............The sort load order bit doesn't come till AFTER merge mods, after which you should have less than 255 esps.
  12. Can you take a screenshot of your load order?
  13. Please try my settings, except for ReservedMemorySizeMb.
  14. Have you tried setting your enblocal.ini file to the following? [MEMORY] ReservedMemorySizeMb=512VideoMemorySizeMb=EnableCompression=falseAutodetectVideoMemorySize=true The ReservedMemorySizeMb setting can be played around with to suit your system (I'd recommend leaving it alone first and then changing the rest first. If problem persists, increase value bit by bit). That depends on what this "bunch of mods more" is. If it's things like Khajit Ears Show.esp, DynDOLOD.esp, other things generated from the Finish Line page, etc., that's fine. If it is anything else you installed prior to the Finish Line page, then you messed up. Check the origin of said .esps, and make sure you have correctly disabled them post-merge.
  15. I've popped the script into Notepad++. I have no idea what is going on.
  16. Can I have those notes please? I just started trying it out, and got stuck with ECTV patches, since those are merged previously.
  17. So far in my playthrough, Requiem has been kicking my ass hard. I want to move over to SRLE LoTD base, but the thought of spending the time to reinstall all the mods is daunting to say the least. So here's what I'm thinking... Back up my current build, and remove all the Requiem stuff. So Minor Arcana, BtC, Destiny, all of it. Re-merge and exclude the Requiem patches. Install Ordinator for a perk overhaul. Is this doable? Or is there something else in the merging that relies on Requiem (notable the zzz consistency patches)?
  18. So uh, Mathias, Requiem is really kicking my ass here, and I'm thinking of running with my tail between my legs to your build instead. What are the odds of adding the ECTV stuff paul has in the Reqtified guide?
  19. Hello, I'm not sure if this belongs here or on the xEdit forums. It's about an xEdit tool written by Mator. So I'm running the SRLE LoTD Reqtified build found right here on STEP. Part of the build requires you to run AT Quickchange on Requiem's output. Which is fine, if you don't have to do it every time you change your load order or add a new mod. But you do. Basically, after I update a mod or change load order, I have to run AT-Quickchange with Restore for "Head Parts", HCLF, FTST, NAM9, and "Tint Layers" from NPC Retexture Merged.esp. In my case, I also have to do it again for NPC Visuals Merged.esp. This is incredibly time consuming and annoying, have to setup the script the same way every single time. I was hoping there was a way to edit the existing script so that Restore and the 5 records above are already pre-filled, and I just choose which esp to restore from. Anyone know how to do this?
  20. Thanks for the link. Just in case anyone else might need it, or if you and paul decide you want to include it in the guide as an optional, here's the vanilla hudmenu.gfx file extracted from the Bethesda BSAs: https://mega.nz/#!FRJVxLLR!TRz_Pedx9AkGOaZAYJcWCmuEq8LxCbDF6f1O6wv_54g Just dump it into <Mod Organizer>\mods\Requiem - Minor Arcana\interface\exported. Overwrite when asked. It restores all the quest markers and compass stuff Minor Arcana removes.
  21. Does anyone have any idea how to re-enable the compass quest markers? I know iHud can re-enable the gameworld markers, which is fine, assuming you are 10 ft away from the objective. But Minor Arcana removes the compass markers, and it also removes the undiscovered location markers. It's incredibly annoying having to open the map, and then local map, just so you can find that ******* bard Mikael in Whiterun. Made even worse when SMC textures take a second or so to load the map.
  22. I still think that it should be suggested in the guide that the user installs the drivers if they get memory allocation issues. For 99% of games out there, using the default Windows drivers aren't an issue. But for heavily modded Skyrim, it is.
  23. Yup, got that exact error message few minutes into the game too. Reinstalling the chipset drivers should solve it.
  24. When you say "freezing", are you talking about the "Skyrim failed to allocate memory" message? In that case, try reinstalling your motherboard's chipset drivers. That's what fixed it for me. IIRC, the chipset drivers include stuff for your mobo's northbridge, which manages memory allocation.
