Regarding DSR, you do have it activated. You have the original Dual Sheath Redux.esp and the Dual Sheath Redux Patch.esp, which is correct.

 

 

HA! , right , DSR , for me was Nivdia DSR , wondering how's he knows, if its on or not ..lol

 

Resolution  is 1920x1080 .. was at 2715x1527 , I used the NVIDIA Experience to set it before , but when I re-did my ini though Skyrim Project INI (spINI),

 

set it back too default for my screen 1920x1080
