Darth, just downloading the new Even Better Quest Objectives and see that it has an option for Enhanced Skyrim Factions – The Companions Guild.  Don't know if it was in there before or if you've accounted for it already another way...but FYI

General question on SRLEX...

Do you think there will be a "Final", play tested, stable version soon?  I'm as bad as anyone at always wanting to add new stuff, but I think at some point I want to do a play through again, and I don't have the self control to do it if you keep making SRLEX bigger and better D$%$it! :)

Was thinking you could maybe release an SRLE Extended FINAL v1.0 after the Crash Fixes/Interesting NPCs/DynDOLOD stuff is worked out, and then start another thread for building v2.0?

Just a thought...

Thanks again for all you (and Lexy, and everyone else that contributes) do!!

no the patch for ESF and Even Better Quest Objectives is not needed as ESF already carries over those changes as stated by the mod author of EBQO.

Well I don't think there ever will a FINAL build I see SRLE Extended simlair to SRLE Base it will for for ever adapting to the ever changing Skyrim mod Landscape.

That said the guide and gameplay is stable right now. I managed to get to level 13 before i realised that when i updated one of Vivid Weathers it broke getting wet in Frostfall and the only way to fix was to restart.

Another suggestion for the guide. It is very convenient how Neo lists the esp's mother download next to the esp names in the merging section.

I am getting closer to finishing up my new install finally and have realized just how long both guides are. Thanks again for the hard work you guys and Lady put into your guides

I also have a question. I want to start o profile just for merging. Do I have to have the masters activated to merge esps? I figure the merges being made only consist of information from the folder structure from the actual mods being merged, so in my mind only the mods (or esps) being merged need activated and no masters (esps or esms). Never mind does not work

Just a quick question:

I'm currently at the "Mod Merges" Section of the guide. After merging "Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul Patches" it says to do a bash tag update, so I did that. However, after I close Wrye Bash I now have a "Bashed Patch, 0.esp" in my Overwrite folder. In the Bash Tagging guide it doesn't say anything about what to do with that. Should I just ignore it? Or should I create a new mod and add the bashed patch to it? If yes to adding it to a new mod; what should I name it?

Thanks in advance!

Merge Plugin Standalone needs all masters checked for the esps you merge or else you can't click OK.

Anyone here testing Crash fixes by meh321? I am amazed by the new memory management. It fixed my stutters problem almost completely. Just need more testing if it breaks anything.

I had CTD problem that I tracked down to using UUNP sliders in Racemenu. There seems to be some kind of conflict with nioverride.dll.

So far changing alignheapallocate=1 in the .ini has it working.

Overall the improvements my game have been nothing short of amazing.

agreed and with this latest fix I am even thinking out readding Interesting NPC's but we'll se how my testing fairs. I plan to hopefully find some uninterputed time to actually play this week.

Also does anyone know what the deal is with the new moonpath patch for ICAIO?

Per his change log

"A compatibility patch for Moonpath to Elsweyr has been added. Note that you don't need this patch if you use the improved version of "Moonpath to Elsweyr" implemented in "Legacy of the Dragonborn" from icecreamassassin. Note also that this patch is not compatible with my patch for Realistic Room Rental."

Sound like we may need a patch for patches!!!
