Escape Menu freeze?

I don't know what else to call it, and I was unable to find any info searching for it. Basically, whenever I leave the escape menu, a timer appears on my screen, everything changes to a yellowish color (I'm using an ENB so this color could be different for others), my AP drains rapidly and time seems to accelerate, as in I move around very quickly for a short space of time.

 

This is really annoying! What mod is causing this, and how do I turn it off?

I would check your keyboard assignments in the MCM. You may possibly have inadvertently assigned the ESC key to another function, such as 'Bullet Time' and that may be what you are seeing.

Hmm, I hadn't thought of that. I actually haven't assigned ANY keybinds, waiting anxiously for the F&L Post-Installation instructions to be completed. I will check the bullet time keybind when I get home from work though, thanks for the tip.
