Fallout NV crash on start

So, I'm following EssArrBee's Fear and Loathing in New Vegas guide. I'm using MO 1.3.5. 

So far, I've installed MO, NVSE, NVAC, and have made the .ini tweaks. 

Outside of MO the game launches fine. When launched through MO, it locks up and I have to CTRL+ALT+Del to open task manager. It locks me up so bad that I have to use my keyboard to navigate. 

The load order is= Default LOOT Load order for a clean install!

SOLVED: It was apparently an issue with the MO install. I downloaded the 1.3.6 archive and now everything is working properly.
