SKYRIMLE Roosters At Dawn Fix (by Wimbly Donner)

This mod supposedly fixes the script issues caused by the late step mod Roosters at Dawn. I don't have access to my PC at the moment (getting new flooring put in my office) so I haven't had an opprotunity to test and see if the errors in the papyrus log have really been eliminated as the author states. Anyway, I thought this one kind of flew under the radar and decided to post it here.
