finshed STEPS exstanded installed Phinix Natural ENB need some help

hey guys i like this ENB because its still dark and looks more fantasy than others, i tried real vision i did not like it was way to bright, tried K ENB Pure Light Extreme was good like a film but not for me

20fps on Titan X sli LOL

i installed Phinix Natural ENB looked good i use a guild off you tube, i put it at the end after Duel Sheath Redux Patch ex. as it sia din the mod to do so load last 

if i run loot it puts it not far from the top, 

i played with it last done the intro got to whiterun stable and got a crash/ freeze, i had to sing out with con/alt/del 

should i use loot and re patch my game? then play? is there any other enb that dose not need a mod file so i dont have to repatch if i install or uninstall
