Do you guys think is still fun to play having PERMA installed? Or Legendary Edition + https://wiki.step-project.com/Pack:Explorers_Guide is quite complete, and there's no need for changed perks?

Vanilla perks need work for my enjoyment personally I never liked some of them, some are fine as is  but some are like....

Doing a new skyrim install with SR:LE and REGS planned, would like to add perma also. Is the OP still a valid way of installing it? Ive also read to not install ASIS?
