Hi Guys. I am using Grim and Somber Hircine ENB . They are absolutely beautiful. I am using them with SR:LE seet up, pretty much.

 

I suspect that there is no way to get more than 30 FPS on the Extreme Cinematic Quality settings, but I wanted to double check.

 

Here's my rig information:

I suppose I'm just curious is I'm missing something obvious that will allow me to have this ENB run faster than 30 FPS. I know about disabling DoF and AO. The Performance version of this ENB runs at between 50 and 60 FPS on my rig. Thanks in advance.

Until you start getting annoyed by visual artifacts such as flickering... in general around 0.5, and 0.6 are good enough. But it does depend on the overall preset how much you can get away with. 

But the lower you go the more performance you get. I can suggest you use "coc markarthexterior01" as a testing location. Look at markarth... it will be one of the areas that will flicker before anything else.
