Question

Hello all, first I would like to give my respect to the people on this forum and the STEP guide, it truly is the best source out there for modding skyrim.
I will try to keep this post as detailed as possible, and as short as possible (I know that sounds funny with all of these spoiler tags and attachments)
so my problem:
I recently came across constant CTD's with my setup. I feel I have tried all of the tricks in the book (besides reinstalling the game, I am still not mentally prepared for that) and my constant CTD issues are not going away. I have put in already 70 hours of gameplay with little to none CTD's but as of about 3 days ago, I am constantly getting CTD's.
Things that I have done already in order to try and solve this issue:
I have attached photos of my setup and a list of my mods can be found here:
GameMode=Skyrim
My EnbLocal:
[PROXY]
For my skyrim.in and prefs, I am using EWI's high settings-
Skyrimprefs.ini:
[General]
Skyrim.ini:
Below I have attached my GPU-Z Sensor logs. This was done using the player.forceav multispeed 1200, tcm, tgm mode. With my mods enabled I crashed in around 60 seconds (I also tested this with all the plugins disabled except for ENB and I failed to crash to it, could this be a mod that's causing my issue?)
Also another note about the stress test, even with all of my plugins disabled, I was still running at maximum capacity, 99% usage of my GPU and 1502 MHz at all times. (Last time I did a stress test, around a week ago, I was not running at full capacity, even with all my plugins disabled)
Short background: I started modding skyrim about a month ago, and I already had installed around 200+mods and put in over 70 hours of gameplay BEFORE finding out about the STEP guide, something which I deeply regret. But on a sidenote, can I uninstall all of my mods, reinstall Skyrim and follow the STEP guide while keeping my old save? I really do not want to start over with my character as I put in a lot of time and effort already into him.
Much thanks to everyone!
-Rymo, and please, don't hesitate to ask for ANY information
